It's good to see Woodglut have new instructions to save my money and energy to build it.

The first half of the ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx3ICSK6nSknaL_45CU2NmFSoXjarGMDiJ book is everything about wood: types, tools, finishes, setting up shop etc. The second half is all about doing projects for inside and outside of the home. The color pictures are helpful. After reading a dozen of these types of books, this is probably the best overall (layout, color photos, plans). Only detraction is that many of the projects use a table saw/router/planer, which are usually expensive and take up space, so the plans are less friendly to newcomers and the budget conscious. But I know I can use a drill, circular saw or a jigsaw to make the projects.

This from my country, the wood workers are not poor (compare to other jobs). They just dont get enough training on safety and they think that not necessary. And we want to change that. Safety First!

Danny Mistry, what are you calling "basic tools"? What are you talking about? you must know something most don't. Carpenters where I live are work are literally "deprived" of the huge variety of shop equipment, the ample space enjoyed by this crew, and the Lax work environment. OMG, what I would give to be spoiled like these happy campers! That place is like a huge "PLAY ROOM" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THAT is what i call amazing craftsmanship and very technical skills in woodworking, and an incredibly perfect finish.

A wonderful shop! Very airy and spacious. Low noise level.
Safety factor is quite good. Why should he need safety boots? Is a machine going to topple over on him? Is one of those little pieces of lumber going to fall and crush his toes? This is not some cramped, air-tight workshop operated by a single tradesman who is dependent on technology for his safety. The workmen are very comfortable and fully aware of the dangers of their tools - take a closer look at the smoothness of their operations and how well they handle their tools.
(I once worked for a Shell oil packaging unit, cleaning the parking lot, the safety factors were so extensive that our team could get only half day of work sometimes with the rest being gobbled up in paperwork, inspections, drills, lectures, interrogations, etc.)
Nice remarks by Trung Nguyen, USAGeorgePa, Jorge Borjas, Richard Defour, EDWARD Nygard, fightington (!!!), Anthoney Allen)
