  • I haven’t seen one of these in a few years so I thought I’d grab it and give it a review.
All the OG’s like Steve, RCgusto, Gschultz and Delicious have done it so I thought add what I could if anything.
TRIGGER WARNING: It’s 46 minutes long so I apologize in advance for that.
    I hope you enjoy.

I had a Spanish ration shipped to the US. Customs pulled out all the pork products. Apparently there is an embargo. That would've been nice to know ahead of time.

It’s ( Their reasoning ) vague/nebulous at best, I have been able to get ration/food items from Finland before…now…NO. Canada won’t allow the importation now…go figure. 😵‍💫

Such a bummer customs got it but glad they didn't take anything. That's a lot of stuff! Interesting ration. Very soupy. Awesome review Joe 👍👍👍

Thanks man! Considering it spent two days in “hell” it came out pretty unscathed. Having said that I wish they’d just leave the community alone an search for real threats. 😅

interesting and rare ration. Regarding customs, maybe it all depends on what state you live in? Two Singaporean rations were ordered to the state of Delaware, everything went fine.

I think it just depends on dumb luck as to whether or not Customs decides you’re the lucky winner…🎯

Customs favorite pastime… looking at and sometimes taking the dangerous meat products out of the rations!! Sorry it got raided, glad it’s complete!!! Thanks for sharing!

Yep! Just like the SPAM made in the USA I sent to Mike Kreischer that spent 4-5 months in limbo because I dared ship it back to the US. 🤨

Are there any entrance exams for Canadian customs officers. Like, for example, a bag of blocks that you then have to fit into the right-shaped holes, without tools, such as a saw or a hammer.

Apparently there is. I had a coworker apply and he said the entrance exams were similar to our Federal police exams. Written, physical , psych exams…

Well, but should they focus on rational thinking and doing instead of lifting weights.

Why do Americans hardly ever do black tea properly with milk & sugar? Its Green tea that you don't add them too. Maybe its why tea isn't as popular in the Americas.

Well that’s a question with several layers…after a certain harbour party Americans aren’t super fond of tea. Milk and sugar is a very British thing. If you’re referring to me personally I’m Canadian and I prefer my tea strong and black, just my tastes btw. Thanks for dropping by! 😁

@@bourbonstjoeNOLA Knowing you're Canadian is why I threw "the Americas" onto the end for the continents. The Boston Tea Party doesn't make sense as USA also went to war with Japan but eat a lot of Sushi. France was involved in the US Civil war & everyone days fries.. Milk & sugar isn't just an English thing it's a world wide thing. Russia, India, Thailand, Australia, Africa, Europe, Mongolia, even Chinese & more drink 'black' tea with milk n sugar. I have watched over 100 N.American Ration/MRE vids & only remember 1 adding to their tea. Some Americans I have spoken to had no idea about and eww'd at even the thought of adding to their tea which they didn't like plain.
