JazakAllah for another informative video Sir kindly btaen k if you’re waiting for the home office email to exit UK in 60 days due to cancellation of COS, during that period from the time you’re waiting or the day you’ve got email, can you work 20 hours to support yourself or work in a place which going forward may offer you COS as you said students are allowed to work during that time, is this the same for Skilled workers?? Also if you’re working part time with a company( after receiving 60 days notice) is trying to register themselves as licensed sponsors. Can you appeal home office for extra time on the grounds that company which is in process of getting license is going to sponsor you?? ( I understand you mentioned you can make appeal in rare scenarios) I’d appreciate your response 🙏
What about if my partner is already got a visa through me as unmarried married visa and we got no kids and he got 2.5 year visa and he wants to switch to skilled visa so what will happen will his application get done or will he need to cancel the partner visa first as hes not happy with me
