Hi I'm new to Lacrosse I just wanna know if injuries happend often? And which position fits me best
Eric Nikola both questions depend on your build. Most games you will probally be hurting, from being hit and just exhausted, both us usually no serious injuries. If you’re a bigger guy, defense would suit you more, if you’re faster and leaner, attack or middie would be a petter choice.
