WOW, great video, and the music was spot on. Looking forward to your next piece. Great build of the house, as well, the views from home, next level. Well done!
WOW! Whomever owned it for a little bit certainly uglies it up! This IS Chateau V in Evergreen. They’ve added a fountain and a huge greenhouse to hide those beautiful rock formations. It’s for roses. I think President Snow lives there! 😂 It is being pimped as based on the Palace Versailles when anyone that knows about this home, and I do, knows that it was always pimped as inspired by Biltmore in Asheville, NC. Oh well! Look for a video called “The Sexiest Château in Colorado * Evergreen, CO” to see what’s been done to this beauty! 🤬 Melissa Temple - Engle & Völkers, Aspen
My wife and I toured this house in 2021 - it's a flawed masterpiece that would require another $25M to complete. So much potential, but ultimately, the house is too isolated for our taste and would require years of hard work to complete.
I was going bananas over this mansion until I kept looking at it and couldn’t help but noticed major flaw’s in the theme of the mansion’s layout inside. It was very eclectic but I wasn’t sure if it was supposed to be a American British Mediterranean or a French Tudor. I noticed the bathrooms ceiling’s were different heights one bathroom was perfect and the other looked weird. Don’t get me wrong it has an amazing French gothic limestone frame with all of the detailed carving’s the makings of fairytale rich guy meet’s poor beautiful girl at a dinner and marries her kinda look but something about it looks unfinished still as if they ran out of money or lost interest on the landscaping. What’s that dirt pathway like there was supposed to be a driveway etc. Like I said it’s a beautiful place I’d still buy it but this big ole mansion doesn’t even have a swimming pool or hot tub nor an outdoor kitchen probably because I didn’t see a yard for it.. I still enjoy seeing it though it has that affect..
It _is_ still unfinished. I think this is a money pit, which is unfortunate because it has lots of beauty to it. *"Flaws Exposed: Enes Yilmazer's $12,000,000 Colorado CASTLE"* by Arvin Haddad is a breakdown of a walk-through exposing its 'less than pleasant' aspects.
@@grondhero Yes I agree!! I thought about this house a lot and and thought “ooh if I could buy it” but I definitely wanna check out the rundown on this house by the guy you mentioned I somehow started noticing things but I wasn’t sure I thought is it just me am I seeing this correctly?!! What bummer I like certain things about that house I wonder if someone bought it?
Depends on which video of this you watch. It's been on and off for six years, at least. Not sure if the same owners or different people move in and discover later why it's bad. *"Limestone Masterpiece in Evergreen, Colorado, USA"* from 6 years ago and a recent *"Flaws Exposed: Enes Yilmazer's $12,000,000 Colorado CASTLE."*

what do you do sir?
Those fancy crystal chandeliers and light fixtures, don’t fit the castle style of the house. Iron fixtures, would be more fitting.
