Dough -
Pani - ½ cup
Sugar - 1 ½ tsp
Yeast - ¼ tsp (agar 24 hr) ya fir 1 ½ tsp (agar 1 hr)
Butter - 1 ½ tbsp
Milk powder - 1 ½ tbsp
Maida - 1 ½ cup
Garlic powder - ½ tsp or fresh 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp box me lagane ke lie
Butter - 3 tsp
Pizza Sauce - 2-3 tbsp
Cheese - ½ cup (Mozzarella)
Topping - aapki marzi - maine tamatar, pyaaz, capsicum, olives aur corn use kie

I make this several times it came out perfect and I will make it again tomorrow.
I use microwave and make pizza on convection (oven ) mode but it is not good in taste 😭

This is a fantastic recipe. I tried and the result was astounding. Pizza was much tastier than Domino's pizza and chewing into the fresh bread was never before experience.
Notes
1) garlic paste in bread is a game changer. I didn't make a paste, but crushed it to near paste
2) 1 1/2 cup maida should serve 2 pizzas easily. I saw he ended up with 1 pizza, so took 3 cups of maida and ended up with enough dough for 3 medium pizza and 2 garlic breads. No complains though..they were delicious!

@Raghunath Singh , I made it in my OTG ,and it took me just about 18 minutes at 200 c ,because of excess browning, I turned the temperature down to 180 c for the last 5 minutes , hope this helps!
