@@SchneiderClassics Yeah they are pretty secure. Been using mine for a couple years in very rough mountain terrain up in Canada. The grip and lock system (aftermarket) are even better. More than one way to skin a cat though!
well if you see my updated video, this has been in a crash and now with quads I just don't truck anything with the plastic rack. As well I stay away from anything that is not fully bolted in as I have seen many videos and reviews of them coming off as they age a few years or with enough force.
I bought that exact same one the other day for my 2014 Polaris 850 touring For around the same price I just gotta figure out how to put it on the 2 seater
It's a great seat. I just filmed a year review on it I need to get out and remounted it to a better spot. I bet you can wrap it around the second seat just fine. But I have not installed the back seat on any 2 seaters before myself.
@@SchneiderClassics Unless I take the plastic rack off the back and screw it on the bottom of the Box and then put it back on I don't know if that will work or not
See that is what I have currently done on my atv. I have taken off the back plastic rack and bolted it right to the body plastic. but with these things their are tons of ways going about it. Polaris wants you to use some time of tension plug in the back rack holes but I don't trust that at all.
also I know among the years the touring back seats are different so no idea how it mount, your local dealership might be able to point you in the right direction. Just be on the safe side to be clear with them as some dealership mechanics will make you pay the hours it took for them to figure it out.
Take off the plastis on rack
