    Very interesting! Love the Gem Dandy! So much better than how we use to make it when we got raw milk, quart jar and everyone taking turns shaking it.

    It should be 62 to 63f temperature

      I don't over complicate this process, it's not a rule for an exact temperature for this to work for me but if 62-63 works for you, then that should be good :) thanks for taking the time to watch and drop a comment what works well for you.
