I'll answer them for you go watch my review of the company. They're terrible. Stay away from lease-purchase programs that you work under their authority and pay them directly. The spot market is terrible right now go be a company driver
I hate to say it but your going to be in for a very rude awakening before long. The spot market right now is terrible. I have several friends that are owner-operators that own small fleets and they're desperately looking for dedicated accounts because they can't make any money in the spot market. Also, those Eastern Europeans will throw you under the bus. You will be stuck making payments for that truck and trailer whether they can find you good loads or not. Out of over 60 dispatchers that they have, three of them are worth a damn. I hate to piss on your parade but seriously I would turn that truck in and get the hell away from them as fast as you can
They have a very high turnover ratio. In our class, we were asked to recover 4 trucks. I bet you in your class they had at least one truck that needed to be recovered and they asked who wanted to go do it. Their turnover ratio is almost as high as superego. We also met several drivers during orientation that told us you had to constantly hustle to make a dollar there in other words your home time ain't going to be worth a damn either. Don't be fooled with jumping in a brand new truck thinking you going to get somewhere in this spot market. The rates are flat out terrible right now. Never lease a truck from the company your going to work for. This company also micro manages the hell out of their drivers. Just look at the loads while driving down the road. They try to treat you like you're a green horn for TMC.
I agree 1000% with you. Just left. And they aren't the fastest lease purchase. Have a buddy doing one under 2.5 years. Depending on the year of your truck, your looking at 4-5.5 years. And they choose your truck and trailer. And you have to lease a trailer too. And you're paying orientation back. I had truck f4043. Just turned in Friday.

Just because it didn’t workout for others, doesn’t mean it will not workout for me.
