What is Infernum Mode?
Infernum mod is an extension mod for Calamity that adds an extra difficulty - "Infernum", that's harder than Death mode, with a primary focus on expansive reworking of boss AIs and visual overhauls.

Question if calamitas incinerated the ocean and angered the desert scourge how is the ocean still here theory anahita and the leviathan are hallucinations.
Wasn't it a different ocean/lake? That's my guess at least because we have the sunken sea.
True but isn't it weird that when anahita has illusions.
