Yodeline you are so right! I have been compromising for too long. Sugar coating my speech to fit world standards and ignoring the brutal truth. It affected me and I think back to times when I was very desperate and broken but so humble. When I first became a Christian, I was so away from the world. But now ive strayed. Thanks for this video. Fasting and Praying frequently helped! When you back away from the world and social media and be filled with the things of God is when I saw the change in my life and was able to live in truth.

People are free in every kind of judgement like clothing dancing or success on your job etc. You are always judged. For example, about how you can’t go to some places like weddings without wearing make up. They always say how you are improper or unsufficient. However, it is forbidden to warn about our way of obeying the One in charge. They tell you we should live how we wanna live, but reality shows we are living in the way society wants to see us, so we need to expose all those photos and looks to them
This brought me peace !! I've been bullied for a long time by men because I preach the word of God this way. It feels good to hear your passion for God's word and wanting others to be saved and to get saved and have a relationship with God . Thank you for posting this . I admit that I struggle with being embarrassed of my faith and my christianity around peers, but this video helped me to see that others perceptions of me don't matter, only JESUS matters! Thank you Yodeline for saying what the world is afraid to hear.
You can go after your dreams. But there's a difference between being a photographer, and a Christian Photographer. There's a difference between being a Teacher and a Christian Teacher. God wants us to be happy and enjoy the life he made for us, but we also need to spread the word of Jesus in all that we do. We are human, we are imperfect. Sometimes we can get caught up in the world, but this is why we need Jesus. Jesus takes away all of our sins. He leads us back to the correct path. But my point is, that going after your dreams is not going to send you to hell, as long as you let God use you to help speak to other people through what you do.
Going after your dreams is where you get it wrong As a Christian we don't go after our dreams we go after God's dreams If it not God's will for you to do something then your wasting your time If your doing some ministry something for God and God didn't ask you to do it it like all your work is smoke Christians after God's heart surrender their all to God and let Him take control not that you do something that seems right in your eyes and you expect God to be happy with it
God’s will lines up with His Word, he says if you live me keep my commandments. If something you’re seeking is to bring you glory instead of God. For example, I want to be a teacher, but I also want to lead a youth group when I'm older. I'll be a teacher that spreads the word of God... a Christian Teacher. I don't have to be a pastor or do something that God doesn't call me to do. I feel that God has called me to help in Children's ministry specifically and that's okay.
I know I'm really behind on this I just found you today but one year ago I was backsliding as a Christian and i got back on the right track with God and I stood up against my friends and there sin and I lost every last friend in 2 months it was hard but God is good!

We need to stand up as Christians and realize that the people around us are in sin. This world is in trouble and we need to open our eyes. We have been so blinded by the things that have been covering our eyes. Whatever May be that blindfold, take it off. Take a stand in your jobs, workplace, place of education, on the street, in your homes, and wherever you go. God has called us not be lukewarm!
I agree with all what you say, no one should be comfortable in their own sins and we as christians should help these people to go back to God. However, I don't think judging is the way to do it, it's usually a slow path which takes a lot of courage and love, the same love that He shows us every time we sin. Of course there's an urgency to convert ourselves to Jesus, but I believe He always does that with unconditional love, mercy and compassion and not judging. Jesus was human too and He lived among humans, so He knows by first hand how weak our hearts are, we only have to repent to him.
1 Corinthians 13:6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with truth. Telling people about their sin and to repent is a form of love. It may not feel good but it doesn’t mean that the person saying it is coming from a place of hate or anger. We need to let go of the world’s definition of love which is “tell me what I want to hear and make me feel good” because that is going to lead many to hell. The gospel in it self is an offensive message which is why Jesus says we will suffer for preaching it. And as for judging there is nothing wrong with judging. We make judgments everyday, that’s literally how we navigate through life. For example when you go to job interview people tell you to dress professional…. why? Because your employer is going to make a judgment call based on your appearance. I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t let your child hangout with someone who constantly causes trouble… Why? Because you realize this person may negatively influence your child, which is a judgment. The Bible tells us to judge righteously (Leviticus 19:15) which is what Yodeline is doing in the video. The problem with judging comes in when you are doing it thinking you are better, or trying to look down on others.

Yes, correct your brothers and sisters in christ on their sin but also be patient with them is what i think the original commenter is saying. - “The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:9 NIV I think we should too, be patient with our brothers and sisters in christ as they change. No one repents for their sins and just change automatically, it’s a journey. I think that’s what the original commenter was trying to get across.

But, these people judge ignorantly like you basically mentioned in the last part (being prideful as they judge) .. i think we as a whole should learn how to properly correct each other bc simply stating “you doing this you’re going to hell” is not a proper way of judgement and that’s what many do. Notice how he said “Jesus always does it with unconditional love, mercy, and compassion… not judging” as if telling people repent or perish can’t involve those same characteristics, when literally the first words we hear from Jesus is “And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.” (Mark 1:15 because mark was the first gospel written) Yes I’m completely aware that when you get saved it is a process of being freed from sin and you need patience and mercy (God knows I needed it very much) but that doesn’t mean you need to take out the core truth of the gospel just to appeal to people’s feelings because when you do that less souls are going to be saved (which was basically the premise of this video) You’re right there are Christians that judge unrighteously but the truth is you will never know their heart. God knows everyone’s heart so if that Christian is coming from a bad place when judging then let God handle them, but I just don’t think watering down the gospel is acceptable. The church I went to as a kid never preached the importance of sin and repentance, which is why I went astray in my teen years. There are many “Christians” today thinking they’re going to heaven but will end up in hell just because the true gospel isn’t being preached, and that is very grieving to think about.

In my opinion for someone who has been traumatized of going to hell for doing things that are not even sins (example. wearing perfume) this is not the way to push the gospel. I simply stated the correct way. And, caring about the way you put the words together DOES NOT take away the truth. There is a proper way to speak to people and tell the truth without watering it down and that’s simply showing scripture. Everyone knows you deal with consequences for your action so, telling people they are going to hell is not necessarily necessary. But to each it’s own bc i don’t think we will agree on this part. As far as the judging, if someone is judging hypocritically they too need to be called out to be aware that, that is not okay either. How do you agree with calling other people out on their sins but not them? Last part, i 1000% agree. I learned about God more because of myself and i’m grateful I finally had the opportunity to learn about sins and seek a personal relationship with God because if I depended on the church to do that, i would’ve been comfortable in my sin. However, as followers of Christ we are called to call people to God so since we learned that ourselves, we should continue to call others and teach them the truth through that experience. However, i just think there’s a respectful way to do it and we may not agree with the way but i hope which ever way you go about it will help call your people to christ and vice versa.
Girl i am so happy I found your channel because I been feeling like this. Like in tears because it hurts. And I feel helpless and alone sometimes because no one sees what is actually happening! They forgot that jesus is a fair and just god. He will say he never knew you! And he will cut you off if you don’t produce good fruits. That is in the bible. People are breaking the commandments by creating there own god in there heads that will just forgive them. You have to deny yourself!
such a BEAUTIFUL video and message. i remember having this conversation with my brother as to why people conform, as to why people(at least, the people my brother and i know who've strayed) give up following God; It's because these people think they're worth being in heaven with Him anymore. and once my brother said that, it hurt. it hurt that people think they're not worth being loved and that's the reason they stray. i pray that i may find that same fire within myself through God to bring people back to Him; to shine light on the sins, repent and make them realise that THEY ARE WORTH GOING TO HEAVEN AND MEETING OUR CREATOR. It's okay I have friends like that, but don't be afraid to just converse with them about God and other stuff pertaining to God and hey.. it's okay to talk to them about other stuff that isn't always about God, such as; life etc. I think you can get way closer to them and there will come a time when you can include God which will be a game changer to help to make them turn to lord or even make them just want to know more about God and start going church okay. Don't look for a lot of likes on this video. Keep speaking His truth. The Word is offensive to those who are perishing and in the last days (last hour) believers will not heed sound doctrine. Keep fighting the good fight of faith sister. As Joel prophesied, we are seeing the Lord pour out His Spirit. Remember always that "few" will go His way, and specifically to the "church", many will hear Him say "I never knew you." Keep that heavy heart and rejoice in His suffering. His heart is way more broken than yours for what has been is, what is now and what is to come.
I get what you are saying, but I think it is important to remember that God gave us all gifts that help us lead others to Him. Teaching is a passion that I’ve always had and I believe God chose that for me so I can help lead children to Him and show them how a child of God should grow. Musicians can bring people to Christ by making “popular” sounding music that preaches the gospel. I’ve met people through hobbies and have been able to help them in their walk because of it. I was in theatre and was surrounded by people who are of the world. But, I made a friend and I believe God did that on purpose because now she has gone to church with me.

We need to stand up as Christians and realize that the people around us are in sin. This world is in trouble and we need to open our eyes. We have been so blinded by the things that have been covering our eyes. Whatever May be that blindfold, take it off. Take a stand in your jobs, workplace, place of education, on the street, in your homes, and wherever you go. God has called us not be lukewarm!
I agree with all what you say, no one should be comfortable in their own sins and we as christians should help these people to go back to God. However, I don't think judging is the way to do it, it's usually a slow path which takes a lot of courage and love, the same love that He shows us every time we sin. Of course there's an urgency to convert ourselves to Jesus, but I believe He always does that with unconditional love, mercy and compassion and not judging. Jesus was human too and He lived among humans, so He knows by first hand how weak our hearts are, we only have to repent to him.
1 Corinthians 13:6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with truth. Telling people about their sin and to repent is a form of love. It may not feel good but it doesn’t mean that the person saying it is coming from a place of hate or anger. We need to let go of the world’s definition of love which is “tell me what I want to hear and make me feel good” because that is going to lead many to hell. The gospel in it self is an offensive message which is why Jesus says we will suffer for preaching it.
And as for judging there is nothing wrong with judging. We make judgments everyday, that’s literally how we navigate through life. For example when you go to job interview people tell you to dress professional…. why? Because your employer is going to make a judgment call based on your appearance. I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t let your child hangout with someone who constantly causes trouble… Why? Because you realize this person may negatively influence your child, which is a judgment. The Bible tells us to judge righteously (Leviticus 19:15) which is what Yodeline is doing in the video. The problem with judging comes in when you are doing it thinking you are better, or trying to look down on others.

Yes, correct your brothers and sisters in christ on their sin but also be patient with them is what i think the original commenter is saying. - “The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.”

I think we should too, be patient with our brothers and sisters in christ as they change. No one repents for their sins and just change automatically, it’s a journey. I think that’s what the original commenter was trying to get across.
@@thatboiidre4813 and you’re 100% right. there’s nothing wrong with judging BUT christians are hypocritical and don’t judge righteously. judging righteously is correcting your love ones. But, these people judge ignorantly like you basically mentioned in the last part (being prideful as they judge) .. i think we as a whole should learn how to properly correct each other bc simply stating “you doing this you’re going to hell” is not a proper way of judgement and that’s what many do. I think bring up the sin --> bring verses -> most importantly pray for them. Because where we as christians get it mixed up is, we don’t realize WE can’t change ppl but only GOD.

He was insinuating that telling people to repent or you’re going to hell wasn’t a loving way of trying to win souls, so I pulled a scripture that shows otherwise. Notice how he said “Jesus always does it with unconditional love, mercy, and compassion… not judging” as if telling people repent or perish can’t involve those same characteristics, when literally the first words we hear from Jesus is “And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.” (Mark 1:15 because mark was the first gospel written)
Yes I’m completely aware that when you get saved it is a process of being freed from sin and you need patience and mercy (God knows I needed it very much) but that doesn’t mean you need to take out the core truth of the gospel just to appeal to people’s feelings because when you do that less souls are going to be saved (which was basically the premise of this video)
You’re right there are Christians that judge unrighteously but the truth is you will never know their heart. God knows everyone’s heart so if that Christian is coming from a bad place when judging then let God handle them, but I just don’t think watering down the gospel is acceptable. The church I went to as a kid never preached the importance of sin and repentance, which is why I went astray in my teen years. There are many “Christians” today thinking they’re going to heaven but will end up in hell just because the true gospel isn’t being preached, and that is very grieving to think about.
@@thatboiidre4813 Repent Ye” and believe the gospel does not equate to telling someone they are going to hell. In my opinion for someone who has been traumatized of going to hell for doing things that are not even sins (example. wearing perfume) this is not the way to push the gospel. I simply stated the correct way. And, caring about the way you put the words together DOES NOT take away the truth. There is a proper way to speak to people and tell the truth without watering it down and that’s simply showing scripture. Everyone knows you deal with consequences for your action so, telling people they are going to hell is not necessarily necessary. But to each it’s own bc i don’t think we will agree on this part.
As far as the judging, if someone is judging hypocritically they too need to be called out to be aware that, that is not okay either. How do you agree with calling other people out on their sins but not them?
Last part, i 1000% agree. I learned about God more because of myself and i’m grateful I finally had the opportunity to learn about sins and seek a personal relationship with God because if I depended on the church to do that, i would’ve been comfortable in my sin. However, as followers of Christ we are called to call people to God so since we learned that ourselves, we should continue to call others and teach them the truth through that experience. However, i just think there’s a respectful way to do it and we may not agree with the way but i hope which ever way you go about it will help call your people to christ and vice versa.

They forgot that jesus is a fair and just god. He will say he never knew you! And he will cut you off if you don’t produce good fruits. That is in the bible. People are breaking the commandments by creating there own god in there heads that will just forgive them. You have to deny yourself!

such a BEAUTIFUL video and message. i remember having this conversation with my brother as to why people conform, as to why people(at least, the people my brother and i know who've strayed) give up following God; It's because these people think they're worth being in heaven with Him anymore. and once my brother said that, it hurt. it hurt that people think they're not worth being loved and that's the reason they stray. i pray that i may find that same fire within myself through God to bring people back to Him; to shine light on the sins, repent and make them realise that THEY ARE WORTH GOING TO HEAVEN AND MEETING OUR CREATOR. People are free in every kind of judgement like clothing dancing on their jobs etc. You are aleays judged about how you can’t go to some places like weddings without wearing make up. They always say how you are improper or unsufficient. However, it is forbidden to warn about our way of obeying the One in charge. They tell you we should live how we wanna live, but reality shows we are living in the way society wants to see us, so we need to expose all those photos and looks to them

It's okay I have friends like that, but don't be afraid to just converse with them about God and other stuff pertaining to God and hey.. it's okay to talk to them about other stuff that isn't always about God, such as; life etc. I think you can get way closer to them and there will come a time when you can include God which will be a game changer to help to make them turn to lord or even make them just want to know more about God and start going church okay. I get what you are saying, but I think it is important to remember that God gave us all gifts that help us lead others to Him. Teaching is a passion that I’ve always had and I believe God chose that for me so I can help lead children to Him and show them how a child of God should grow. Musicians can bring people to Christ by making “popular” sounding music that preaches the gospel. I’ve met people through hobbies and have been able to help them in their walk because of it. I was in theatre and was surrounded by people who are of the world. But, I made a friend and I believe God did that on purpose because now she has gone to church with me.
