This APC Smart-UPS is designed for IT professionals or network administrators to maintain business uptime and continuity. This 3kVA on-line 2U rackmount UPS provides pure sine wave power and extended runtime to support critical electronics during power disruptions. It comes with BS1363A British, IEC 320 C20, and Schuko CEE 7/EU1-16P inputs, 8x IEC 320 C13, 2x IEC 320 C19 outlets, and 2x IEC jumpers. It has a SmartSlot for optional Network Management Card that enables graceful shutdown of physical servers, virtual machines & HCI Clusters via PowerChute Network Shutdown. The UPS can connect to EcoStruxure IT or third-party centralized management platforms.

By using reboot command will it going to Reboot(restart )whole pdu or just the management console?
Reboot required means pdu needs to be shutdown and start again?

reboot command is just an effect on the management card, it doesn't reboot the whole ups.

If there is already a device plugged in to the APC UPS ex. network switch that is production, and you want to configure the APC UPS's management monitoring, the reboot part, will it affect also the network switch that is connected like it will shutdown? (say your network switch has no redundant power supply) Or the reboot part of the UPS after you configured the TCPIP, the battery will still kick in so it will not affect the network switch / device? Can you also configure in the APC UPS's management to send a email alert say if the UPS is on battery mode?

Rebooting the specific part is not reboot the whole systems thus it will not effect providing power to your devices, hope this help.

How can I see the mac address in the display? What option on display should I enable?

Usually, an APC ups network management card has a white sticker showing the MAC address on the back of the UPS
