I am still finding older videos that I haven't seen before. This was really engaging and watching it now - AFTER the successful Pro debut and Olympia - it is fascinating to see you at different stages of your journey. You give excellent thoughtful answers, with a good understanding of how to gauge the appropriate answer for the question (the answer to a beginner avoids jargon, the answer to a specific about Prep can be more detailed). You talk really quickly, but that is something that I can get used to 😄
It's amazing that you're thriving in life and full of energy. I wish i had your high energy and thriving mentality. Kudos to you for your hard work and you having the patience of balancing two 2 jobs. I wish you the best of success with your current fitness goals.
