I read all the Cayce material in 1977 (as well as the Seth material, by Jane Roberts) while I was living in Berkeley, CA. I'm re-reading his books now, especially those that pertain to Egypt and Atlantis, as well as the book on Reincarnation and the Life of Jesus. It's really interesting reading. If ever you're interested the books are on Amazon.

Sally May Edgar didn't make the recording but This was taken from his readings. Read "Meditation Prayer and Affirmations" by Edgar Cayce. The recording has been around a long while. Some say it is a copy of TM but I believe Cayce was first by like 25 years to introduce this to the western world. Also this or a newer version of this is available on the A.R.E. web sight. Peace.

I first got this tape in the eighties after reading a half dozen Cayce books including "Meditation Prayer and Affirmations" by Edgar Cayce and published I believe while he was alive. My thoughts then was that this tape was completely with in his teachings. For sure it was on the cutting edge of it's time for introducing a simple practice for western christians.
It's very much based on Edgar Cayce's practical advice regarding meditation, the method, the preparation with prayer, using affirmations, and what meditation actually is.
I've been on my path to Enlightenment since 2011 and this is the first time discovering Edgar Casey. Thanks for sharing.
