Had to watch twice. If i'm understanding correctly, pretty much don't confuse your subconscious with too many mixed signals. Less interfering means the intentions are more clear and the universe (or whatever is behind the scene in control) would line things up to make those intentions come true.
I have a lowly masters degree in engineering and I am very interested in physics. I’m interested in studying quantum physics because it helps me be a better high school math teacher. I am very skeptical of theories about things we have such a poor ability to observe and experiment on.
Theories are thought experiments to explain observable phenomena. Sometimes theories aren’t testable for decades or centuries. But without challenging our current worldview there is no expansion of understanding. I’m not concerned if you agree with me or not. That’s why it’s presented as a theory and not a fact.
I don't agree with one of your first statements. "If you go into the cold relaxed, it won't feel as cold" well relaxing your muscles cools them down so I don't get how you could argue that relaxing in extreme cold would make you less cold
do experiment with the wild theory on yourself and try to find the result you expected. I also have my own theories which are based on my beliefs knowledge and experiences that other people don't understand them. so i just do experiment with myself
I have my own personal history to pull from and I've found when I'm more focused on achieving a goal I do it faster. When I'm less focused, I sometimes don't get there at all.
Yes, but how do you explain what we view as free will having a definite, finite future? Quantum physics yes has certain uncertainty, but that’s only when observed. That doesn’t mean we actually have control over what’s happening to us. When you really get down to it whatever you think, you’re going to do is just a rationale in your brain for why something happened. The reality is things happen in the universe and we are just experiencing them, our brain is really good ass putting things together and free will is just a confirmation bias, because you can’t prove it wrong until you observe the universe as a whole, and realize that humans are no different than regular matter. Existential crisis was imminent. One side started researching this kinda rabbit hole science
I doubt there will every be a way for humanity to prove that either we have free will or everything is predetermined. We would have to be able to view the universe from a fourth, or higher dimension. So that's why this is just a though experiment.
Quantum physics only applies to wuantum sized things, the tree falling in the woods example doesn't apply to stuff in a larger scale. This has nothing to do with the brakn because the brain is built of cells, which aren't even close to small enough to approach quantum leveled sized things, quantum physics is literally the study of physics on a scale smaller than atoms, when cells are built on literally hundred of thousands if not millions of atoms. And what part of our brain acts like a quantum computer?!?! As far as I know the brain functions through nerve cells which are way over the size of an atom, so what you're saying makes literally 0 sense
Everything is made up of quantum particles. Quantum physics always applies. The calculations are just impossibly difficult at the macro scale. That's why newtonian physicals are used at the macro level. They're a good approximation of what's actually happening. Researchers recently found an area of the brain that is isolated from the rest of the brain containing quantum particles that the scientists theorized the brain used as a quantum computer.
This is the first video I've watched on this channel and it was really great
Thank you from Egypt
You’re welcome and good to meet you!
Things we all need to be thinking about. God bless you Ben.
Thank you! God bless you too!
Your hard work is admired
Thank you!

In a nutshell that's basically it! It still depends on you taking action though.
Thanks for making this type of video i really like keep upload videos
Thank you!
amazing point of view and theory, thank you for your knowledge
Thank You.
This is why I subscribed, I love deep toppics
Awesome
Thank you

You don't have to agree with my experience or the experience of many people who have a lot of time with cold exposure.

More accurately, Quantum Physics would say the tree both did and did not make a sound and one would be selected upon observation
HA HA HA an excellent point.

I recommend trusting in Protestant Christian theology and everything will make sense as you study and become more mature as a Christian.
I am not interested in Christianity.
