this is why this is hands down the best fishing channel on youtube. Richard fishes lakes and rivers and every spot of water he finds. He does it like the average guy does and uses all they types of poles a average joe would use when they go out fishing. pulling out fish left and right with a wooden pole like its nothing. Its great!

RGTFM your edutainment is perfect. I’m reminded here of being a young boy riding the drawbar of the tractor and being dropped off at the creek while the men went off to the fields to work. All I had was a cane pole and some rusty hooks. My bait was whatever I could find; grasshoppers, worms, and ‘rattle-moccasins’... ha. I’d have a stringer full of yellow belly catfish and panfish when they picked me up on the way back in for lunch. There was an old washtub and board by the pitcher pump where I’d clean them and for supper aunt Florence would fry them up along with pinto beans, smoked ham and homemade biscuits. It made your tongue slap your brains out. It would. I like your style Richard, bless you and stay awesome.

Number two none of your titles to your video's ever start with i bought this, or I bought that, and you're very humble and honest. You also have your own way of keeping your videos entertaining. Literally you're one of a kind. Please keep doing what you do. I really enjoy watching your videos.

10:42 Truer words have never been spoken. Thread that worm up past the eye of the hook, present it as naturally as possible. I always have better luck with a single red worm threaded naturally on a size 8 hook than a gob of crawlers on a wider gap hook.

Been watching a lot of your crappie videos and the tips you give work! Like you suggested - picked up the Bobby Garland Mo Glo Baby Shad Pink Phantom 2" and put it on a chartreuse head 1/32 oz jig and caught 16 crappie in 40 minutes off the dock. I'm used to catching 1-2 fish every time I go fishing so this was a really special day.
