So yeah half way through this just goes to shit :/
This is for a villian!deku AU I have. So basically after years of bullying Deku decides he doesn’t want to be a hero (or he is like convinced he can never become one). So he joins the league of villains. He stays quirkless and uses shit like knives and guns.... ya know like us humans... so Todoroki after being abused by his father and losing his mother also decided to become a villain. He is more of a lone wolf tho. And unlike Deku who’s intention is the get revenge on the people who hurt him, Todorki is driven by just anger. So he is a lot like JD from Heathers. Anyway yeah they fall in love and kill some people together. But Deku realizes that killing isn’t changing the past, so he wants to try and become normal. And he wants to have Todoroki be with him. Soooooo yeahhhhhhh :P

The only solace I have is that in that last part where the beaten up Todoroki and Midoriya are serenading each other like the truly in love shoujo protagonists that we all know they really are, I just imagine the people who beat them up are just really confused at why these two are now suddenly in a duet. Like Guy A is just looking at these two bleeding kids and looks to Guy B like "WTF?" and Guy B just shrugs like "Protags, what can you do?"

No, the actual meaning is that these two teens want to be normal teenagers who do some normal teenage things since they both commited like three murders. The guy that's singing wanted to continue the murders and bomb the school. The girl stopped him which made them sing this song. Sadly only one of them were lying during this song...
