Hello. Can you do a video cutting tempered toughened glass? Even if it shatters can you still cut through it? Also to cut glass, do you need to drill 4 holes or can you just put it on the glass and cut.
Always take the product to the saw, There are easier ways, I was doing exactly the same 37 years ago, Now it's its become very easy, well done for Manual work handling, You's would have been grinding those corners out for a bit!!! 😊You never polished them ither 😪

Yes you will feel relaxed and at ease with the job of cutting the glass until the disc spinning at 10,000rpms while in the glass cutting your line gets just a hair off center from user error and digs into the glass either shattering and throwing shards in every direction OR the angle grinder jerks towards the direction of spin and gets into contact with your skin or worse your clothes. ALWAYS USE A GUARD ON YOUR ANGLE GRINDER WHETHER CUTTING OR GRINDING. Always!! Try simply powering the tool on momentarily with any grinding disc and when the disc is slowing down about 2 or 3 full seconds after switched off, just touch the flat of the disk.. just with the fingertip as quick as you can.. in that millisecond of the touch you will lose enough skin that will mimic a 3rd degree burn. If no deadman switch and just an on/off switch imagine the horror scene if it grabbed your shirt and twisted it so tight you couldnt breath in an instant and while struggling to breathe and turn the tool off it will be imbedding the blade into your body which has a rockwell hardness of a marshmellow. They can kill.. gloves dont matter, protective clothing doesnt matter unless chain mail. Keep proper grip on tool all times and dont take off the fucking guard.. if you need a different guard for cutting vs grinding, take the time to change em.. and dont use a bigger wheel than the tool is designed for. Smaller is ok, bigger will explode, 100% of the time.. be safe, if your doing something that you wouldnt ever do with your pecker out, think about what youre doing first..
Yes dude. U r absolutely right. Similar accident happened with me. I was lucky. I saved from hell with 2 cuts & stitch on both leg. Power tools specifically the angle grinder is worse weapon. Its a grinder but people use it as a a angle cutter 👹😣🤤 & without guards. Rather than all this bullshit our old hand/manual tools are far better & safe🤗
Have you or are u working offshore on an oil rig or installation? Cause this is exactly what we are taught in the safety courses. All the things you’ve said are absolutely right. No safety - Know accidents , Know safety - No accidents. 😊👍
