Congratulations on finally getting your replacement. I was fortunate and recieved mine fairly quickly while my friend gave up waiting awhile ago. I'm not sure if he ever got his. Maybe there is still hope. I'm suprised they are still sending them out. I assume they were waiting for other units to be returned so the could refurbish them and that's what caused the delay. Really unfortunate for those who needed theirs 😞

I received mine fairly quickly as well once I filed with them. One thing I like about mine is that I have a heated hose as well. Not only can you adjust the water temp but the hose as well. In the winter, it makes a difference. Mine is also wifi so I don't need to use the SD card. I can also turn the wifi portion off. The Bluetooth is so you can connect to your phone or a tablet. The app will let you see more information about your machine as well as your usage.
As far as the recall is concerned, it was because of people using powered cleaning machines that would flush through the cpaps. If you didn't use them, you were at very low risk of having issues.
How do I know this? Because I'm a Respiratory Therapist and I needed to know it. I'm glad you're using your cpap. Your heart and body thank you.
Great video. Keep up the great work.

I got my replacement as well. 2 years down the road and the display says it has to be serviced. Local health care says they don’t work on them and gives me some telephone numbers for the company so they can repair. Ever number I called was a recording and all I got on repair was I needed to contact my local provider. Tried to get another devise from any other company and was told, you haven’t had this machine 4 years yet. I can’t order you a replacement. Medicare. To me it doesn’t matter if has been 2 yrs 4 yrs or 40 yrs. I can’t get it repaired and I need it for sleeping. At a loss what to do

I have similar Philips CPAP as your old one. I am just curious what pressure number on that machine you sleep with? My “Dr” set mine at 12 and that felt WAY too strong with the nose pillow mask air would spot out my mouth at night. It was worse then my snoring! I ended up lowering the pressure myself to 5.5 -6. When I use a CPAP full face mask, I can handle 8 or 9...
The Healthcare system in central Florida is abysmal. I decided to stop going my Sleep Dr. altogether. I found watching UA-cam videos made a better sleep Dr 😮 no joke. TY Phil

What brand small travel CPAP did you get? I’m guessing you were satisfied with it.
