Can I just make the sweet buttery farofa and put it on top of the sweet potato dough? I think it would be easier and more visually pleasing....but I loved the recipe and color.
2 cans of 13.5 oz coconut cream is way too much for a 12 serving batch. I used 2 lbs Okinawan sweet potato and all i taste is coconut. Need to retry with only one can of coconut cream.

Try using condensed milk and evaporated milk,you'll taste the potato more
