Eve Echoes- Heavy Faction Cruiser changes and why I’m excited!

I’ve been begging for a 4th mid slot on the faction cruisers since they came out, and it’s finally here! Yes it’s supposed to be for the new modules, but let’s experiment and see what other options might work instead.
