Hi Jennifer, accidentally found this video and so grateful for this interview with Dr Julie. My partner has been having issues with staph aureus for over 7 months now, 5 courses of antibiotics and no doctor has been able to tell him what to do and how to get rid of it. It's always been have the next set of antibiotics.. We'll try out the recommendations in this interview and fingers crossed! Thank you so much again - it's amazing what gems you can find sometimes in UA-cam.
I had to double take this comment because it describes my situation too. I've been using colloidal silver which helps but the game changer is bacillus subtillus HU58 supplement, it destroys staph from the inside out
@athenaaries4235 thanks for sharing! Luckily my partner has been clear for a few months now. The doctor thought I'm the carier so every time he was on antibiotics, I was potentially still spreading it despite not having symptoms myself (I did have it before he got it but didn't realise it was staph!).. he is using a surgical scrub once a week as a precaution. We also consume home made kombucha regularly and I try to do fermented veg. When you don't know what really works or worked you just hope that every little helps! All the best to keep the beast off!
@@firefoxchibi Hello. I was wondering if you could share which brand supplement you used. My 17 year old son has been struggling with a chronic staph infection and I would love to explore this probiotic for him. Thank you for posting this comment.
I had 3 round dots around my ankle. I almost lost my right foot. They said had this happened earlier there weren't antibiotics to deal with the issue of MRSA. I actually think I got it from the hospital. I am very thankful for the new antibiotics!
I currently have a Steph infection and I can't get rid of it 😭 it keeps coming back too. Some doctors will dismiss my breakouts as acne and send me away with differin or recommend salicylic acid. Some will prescribe clindamycin & benzoyl peroxide or mupirocin... That hardly works anymore... But then it gets SO severe I HAVE to find a doctor who will prescribe Bactrim/sulfamethoxazole....but then it comes neck a few months later! 😭😭😭😭 I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!!! I've even put Bleach & Everclear (ethyl alcohol) on my skin to hey to get rid of the staph !!! NOTHING WORKS!
No, we're use the terms we mean... We both work in this field so we're not using blanket statements. Eczema is different from Seb derm. And it's a totally different diagnosis than psoriasis. So when we say eczema, we mean eczema specifically
Great! Good to know. I was asking because Dr. Julie has spoken about Staph and Seb Derm being correlated. I recently got tested GI Map and have Strep and Staph as well as lower levels of commensal bacteria. My Seb Derm has been awful for 5-6months. I was hoping if I cleared the staph/strep and improved my gut bacteria my skin would improve. Do you know any good naturopathic specialists in Atlanta, GA? I am desperate to find answers with my health. I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer. Even specific videos to watch.
@@zb5797 hello! did you solve your problem? my gi map gave high aureus too! I have a lot of dandruff. I have high d-lactate and discovered that aureus does this

So glad you found it! There are other episodes on staph available on the Healthy Skin Show podcast as well! Have you checked them out yet?

what about for scalp folliculitis?
I’d like to hear specific homeopathic skin treatments for MRSA infections. What should I use to maintain ph and moisturize my skin?
Can someone please summarise what to do for staph aureous on the skin. I keep zoning out during this talk and missing the point. Thanks.
there's a complete transcript in the description box.
You can acidify skin , and treat the nose
I was told I have folliculitis, is that a staph infection?

@clea8176 a more unconventional approach but I feel like rife frequencies help me
Does this apply to for Sebhorreic Dermatitis? Are yall using Eczema as a broad term to cover Psoriasis, Seb Derm, and Eczema?
