    • @jordandangelo180
      @jordandangelo180 3 роки тому +11

      Yes that is definitely a fact. The ability to mute/dampen strings, the articulation, the perfect pitch bends, the unique style, the slides and the tones, the dynamics, sense of melody, continuous improvement etc....all sign of a virtuoso. Especially accomplishing all of this at such a young age. Being humble is another trait. Jimi Hendrix, Allan Holdsworth, Stevie Ray Vaughan, three examples musicians with titanic gifts who were all extremely humble and always knew there was more to learn and never called themselves the best. That’s how they continued to grow and always seem to be improving and creating.

    What timing! I was never into my Strat that much, but recently I picked it up again and it truly has a distinct sound, and many of them. I may play it more, although I love my guitar builds - P90 LP Jr & a Jazzmaster with 2 P90’s (not Fender-style Jazzmaster pups).

    Been playing 40 years and 'The Strat' is my guitar. No doubt about it. Love your playing. Can't wait for the day we can see Buck and Evans play live. Keep the Faith!

    Chris, your videos are amazing. Not only do you craft amazing performances, but also you tell a story behind it. Your deep undestanding about the instrument and passionate musical soul give us something special for us guitar enthusiats. Also shout out to dave simpson.

    Add Chris Buck to that list of legends. Every time I hear you play I am inspired and need a decent Strat in my life. I have the Tele and the Les Paul but still find the right Strat elusive. I will stick with the Squier until it comes along.. 👍🇦🇺
