A compilation of clips riding the 1982 Kreidler Florett RMC-S Superstar World Champion 50cc.
Tech spec as follows;
Mahle Nicasil lined cylinder, piston and head from the more powerful RS version
20mm Bing carb
Gearbox fully rebuilt with all new bearings, oil seals and O rings plus brand new Black Mamba 27 tooth 5th gear fitted in place of original 28 tooth. This gives a much smoother transition from 4th to 5th gear.
Gear lever/kickstart bush and oil seal fitted to reduce oil leak.
13 tooth front sprocket.
37 tooth rear sprocket.
ContiSport tyres.
New front disc and pads, new caliper.
Completely new wiring loom from DieRennschnecke.
Kokusan Evo 2 12 volt electronic ignition fitted with twin curve P10 Powerbox from Black Mamba.
Ignition set at -0.8mm before Top Dead Centre at 7000rpm.
New 12 volt battery, indicator relay and LED indicators, new headlight and tail/brake and ‘cockpit’ bulbs.
‘BUMM’ mirrors, genuine Kreidler items
Forks rebuilt with new seals.
New mounting bushes on rear suspension units.
