The Ford Ranger is one of the best selling midsize pick up trucks in the Philippines today, and for good reason: The Ford Ranger line up offers the best value for money in the segment. In this Filipino discussion, we talk about some of the common questions about the Ford Ranger. We invite our friends @RiTRidinginTandem and @jaywalkur in this video, where we talk about the 2023 Ford Ranger Sport 4x4 and the common questions people have for them. The first question we take up is how reliable the Ford Ranger Sport is. Jaywalkur had some experience with the Ford Ranger, and he shares what he thinks about it. We also talk about spare parts of the 2023 Ford Ranger Sport and here, RIT Riding in tandem gives his opinion about parts in general. Been with ford since ford lynx rs and never had any issues with the brand through the years with a variety of their products. Swerte nalang talaga pag lemon yung nabigay sayo which could happen one in a million but other than that and as per experience, i believe it’s how you take care of your car. Years of happiness with ford here and i don’t see myself changing to other brands due to experience.👌..Best advice i can give is if you don’t have the budget to maintain a car then don’t buy one because you’ll just end up hating the brand. Dami kasi bumibili since monthly these days are so low especially the downpayments then titipirin maintenance which is the biggest mistake an owner would ever do.
Me brother & i both bought a 2021 ford ranger raptor....i don't know but my unit still runs great just usual maintenance,changed oil,oil filter etc...but my brother? He got a lemon,w/problem in transmission & one of his turbo's the result? He updated to Ford F-150 platinum bought from the grey market,my brother now?ALL SMILE!!☺☺☺😀😀😁😁!

We wanted to go offroading but the river was swollen due to rains so we had to abort.
Everything naman can be "sirain" from small gadgets to cars to houses/buildings. Pagdating sa cars, magkakatalo talaga yan sa "after-sales service". Kung paano ka nila aalagaan after nilang makabenta.

Sa tingin ko nmn. Karamihan sa mga pinoy kpag nag may ari n ng sasakyan kahit pa mumurahin o mamahalin na sasakyan, masyado silang kuripot pag dating sa maintenance kaya karaniwan nauuwi sa serious damage ang sasakyan nila. K baga sa una nag titipid ka pero sa bandang huli sisingilin ka ng sasakyan mo. Example ko nlng. Yung sasakyan ko nabili ko mg 2nd hand. Nung mag papalit ako ng pad doon ko natuklasan natuklasan na malalim na hukay ng rotor disc. So I tried to imbestigate nakita ko na hnd pala orig yung pad na kinabit. Yan pala ang consequences kasi now need ko na mag palit ng rotor disc which is napaka mahal. And marami ako kakilala na ganyan ang choice nila kabitan nlng daw ng replacement kasi parehas lang daw yun. Sa tingin ko yun ang maling paninilawa nila

we've ancountered a ranger 4x4 recently going to one of the hidden falls in tanay.
it buried itself under the gravel on the river bed, engine was so underpowered that it couldnt spin any of its wheels anymore.
we needed 2 jimny's to help the guy get out as we felt pity for him even if he wasnt part of our group ride
What tires are you using?
they were using those 21 inch rims, not quite sure what brand of tires but surely were mud terrains @@OppaPags
It's case to case basis. Hindi basta nabalahaw e kotse agad kasi madalas naman talaga, sa totoo lang, driver error lang e. Minsan di rin akma ang gulo ng na ginagamit - which also boils down to driver error kasi alam mo na dapat na hindi mo dadalhin ang truck para mag offroading kung hindi ginawa ang gulong mo para dun.
payo ko lang sa ford, damihan nila ang parts nila kagaya ng JDM's na sirain din naman. para hindi nasasabihang sirain. para pag nasira, mabilis maayos. kasi ang jdm kaya madaming parts yan kasi sirain din naman yan. pag nasira mbilis ayucn kasi madaming parts. kaya hindi sila nasasabihan sirain. HAHA!

@@haulerjr.190 kahit mga sikat na mekaniko/vlogger kadalasan toyota ang inaayos bagum bago pa. nsa mindset na kc ng pinoy basta japanese good quality na agad nsa icp. pero sirain rin yan. wlang reliable na sasakyan. nsa pag aalaga ng owner yan.

Ford nowadays is always 50/50. Either you get a unit that has no issues or you get a unit with issues.

Ford is reliable truck no matter what. most of my family member been using ford brand mula 2017 mgpa sa hanggang ayos padin gamit na gamit pa sa kargahan. Basta maintain lang ang tamang pms di sasakit ulo mo.
The real issue is the owner how he handle the car and how he drives. Maintain properly right on schedule
We have 6 units of brand of ford,since 2010,until now,we have new models,depende siguro sa pag gamit nang sasakyan,no issues,,dati japanese car ang binibili namin,pero napaka laki ang deperensiya sa japanese at american car,sorry sir but the best for us ang ford,tapos na kami sa japanese car 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hahaha napaka old school ng mga nagsasabing sirain ang Ford. Samahan pa ng mahal ang piyesa, konti, etc. Get in with the times! Dami daming mga Ford go-to shops. Dunamis, Golden Ford Izuzu Mazda, FrdMaz1 and 2, etc. Hahaha masyado lang kayong na brainwash ng JDM mentality.
