I was at 1 life and my opponent attacked me with a 1/1. I had an epiphany and targeted their attacking creature with Tainted Strike. They killed me the next round, but I learned a valuable tactic. No one expects a defensive Tainted Strike.
Probably my favorite deck at the moment. Basically a grindy value jund that makes Coram a giant threat. Last game I played with him, I was able to get Lord of Extinction up to 40+ power with a rogue’s passage online and was able to wreck the table since no one could do anything about that and Coram was sitting in the command zone. So many good things and I love it
@@nicplzI like Titanoth Rex here. You can cycle it for 2 and if Coram is out when you do, you can put a trample counter on him. Feldon of the Third Path is another good one. Keep making token copies of big bodies you dump in the yard. Chainer, Nightmare Adept is great for more graveyard selection and recursion. Oriq Loremage is repeatable entomb, the instant and sorcery bit on it is irrelevant here since it can be so powerful. Collector’s Vault is also pretty good here too since you can pitch something useful, draw, and make a treasure. And I like Buried alive. Dump an Anger, Brawn, and Lord of Extinction to really get an engine going
Great recommendations! Im working on my Coram deck and plan to include Rakdos Joins Up so that even if Coram gets removed it'll deal the big damage one more time (although it wont be commander damage).
This is funny. One of the first decks i built was kagha arch druid a mini coram, then coram comes out and now she is a second cammander for my deck. It’s like i was destined to make this deck
@@nicplz I have never optimized the use of it in any deck, but it’s almost uncounterable, gets rid of indestructible and protection, and is a black fog, possibly a one sided board wipe. It goes in most of my decks. It did lose its spot in my Yuriko deck but other than that I always like a copy.
Oriq loremage is so slept on with coram almost nobody mentions him. His ability is tap search your library for a card and put it in your graveyard. As long as you can protect oram and he is a graveyard tutor every turn for whatever card you need each turn. I have cast him turn 4 so many times and turn 5 grave tutor for mesmeric orb, let the operate a turn or 2 then tap Oriq for Lord Of Extinction and GG. You can use it for tutoring removal, protection, anything. Its busted with coram. Not a lot of people seem super familiar with him but after a turn or 2 Oriq becomes more of a target than coram
Uroborg into hermit Druid 3 basics in deck as soon as hermit resolves cast coram attack with him and use your graveyard cast to play Chandra’s ignition win turn 3-4 with enough ramp
Literally my newest commander I built. I pulled him from a prerelease box! I have a barrowgoyf in my deck and my graveyard and the 3 other guys's graveyards were absolutely filled from me milling myself and a board wipe from another guy. I hadn't even casted my commander yet. I casted barrowgoyf. Next turn I considered casting either my commander or chandra's ignition on barrowgoyf. Because he has lifelink I gained somewhere in the range of 200 points of health. At that point everyone just conceded. Chandra's Ignition with any kind of card that has lifelink is insane.
I used your necrobloom deck recently at my pod and I became the problem very early. Ill need to practice closing out games though bc when the pressure turns my way it becomes hard to handle the heat
I love that! Yeah, it's def a deck that can draw attention to itself. You'll quickly have your yard be bigger than your library and your pod WILL notice. LOL It's a deck that takes some reps to get just right. But once you master it you'll be able to time everything real nicely! Keep me up to date with little tricks you like. I'm still learning new stuff every week too!
@@nicplz The ability to see different sides of the build, including the BRIEF overview of what carried over into the next build. I was interested in theft, but the self mill route changed my personal brew. Also, the inflections of tone in your presentation is very well done. Keeps interest even in dry sentences, or when explaining known cards. Keep it up man
Depends on how you like to play TBH. They are all consistent because they have Sasha’s signature touch in them. ❤️ The last one is running super high power but will be a giant target super fast. Both the theft and value one can be incredibly consistent if in the hands of the right pilot! We had fun play testing these. I’d suggest picking one that plays to your strengths as a player!

Building a deck with esika that will play mainly around coram , necrobloom and six the aim is for heavy landfall payed by my opponents pairing this up with field of the dead , fendeep summoner and urborg tomb of yawgmoth so I can steal lands to get tokens then fling those lands back at my opponents 3/5 boosted by treefolk anthems.
People who have built this deck: how essential is it to pick one of the three paths listed in the video? Is a mishmash of all three going to effect power?
@nicplz pretty much you wanna keep it mill themed ofc have everyone mill their big creatures 😉 or wait to see for Amy lands and or spells to take from nothing special just been taking advantage of his abilities. I also have reanimation as well.

I love that Coram feels like a less salty theft deck. My pod hates theft mainly because of wheeling and agent of treachery.
