I'm going to surprise my 12yr old son Maverick on his birthday with Border Collie puppy. Any tips/tricks and/or things I need to know about this particular breed? I know they're crazy smart but any downsides? And what should I pay for one? Thanks so much.
Is a really energetic dog, and is a work breed, so i thinks is super important the training, and a lot of time to do thing with them. Is very important the health exams so the price depends on this, because you need a good breeder, with health exams, and do programs like puppy culture or biosensor

en este video mara tenia como 3 años, ahora tiene 7, y cada dia aprende cosas nuevas, asi que me he demorado desde que llego con 45 dias hasta el dia de hoy :)

Mine is almost 11 months. I've only been successful with sit, lay down and shake a paw, and only if no other dogs are around lol

buenas, igual de Chile jaja, recomiendas tener este perro?, como se puede mantener ocupado, lo estoy pensando para una casa, un patio piola, y nos comprometeriamos a cuidarlo
+betoman96 nunca vi este mensaje, no se si ya lo compraste pero la verdad es un perro que yo no recomiendo si no se tiene enserio harto tiempo para dedicarle, no solo una vuelta a la manzana, no se si se entiende :)

My heart acks for a border collie. Had to 3 weeks ago put my 14 year old down miss him so much he put such life in me 3 more week he would have been 15 still had a puppy's heart. Miss you my Barn

Bueena! Soy de santiago, osea vitacura yo tmb. Me podi decir cm cresta entrenaste asi a tu perro? Usaste esa cm cajita o algo? Mi perro tiene casi un año y igual quiero q haga algo tela, muy tarde? Osino cm deci q lo haga
si con cajita te refieres a clicker, lo uso pero no siempre, mas que nada se usan premios y tener creatividad para enseñarle, hay muchos tutoriales de como enseñar ciertos trucos, y no importa la edad del perro, todos aprenden
