An additive drug interaction occurs when two or more drugs combine to produce an effect greater than the effect of either drug taken alone, i.e., 1+1 = 2 or as the example provided; 30 + 20 would be 35 or so which is greater than 30 or 20 individually. May I know what test can be performed in order to generate information for constructing the graph which can eveluate the combination effect of antibiotics?
