you and Cartman saying "fuck your ice cream" at the same time was perfect LOL
I love this dude lmao 😭😂
@@parkerwinkler6317me too
agreed
Man called the, “F*** the ice cream!”. Dude this episode is a banger. 😂
The doctor went straight from a blood transfusion to unprotected anal sex, I always love that 😂
I love the delivery of "are you SURE you've not taken it up the who who" leaves me dead
I'm pretty sure most of these infections happen through unprotected sex ;)
Frankly, Sheila's lucky the doctor didn't call the police. Given Kyle's age along with a blood transfusion being ruled out, the next question should have been if Kyle was being sexually abused.
Of course this is South Park so the adults are useless idiots.
I love that Cartman always does black face instead of just putting a ski mask on 😂😂
He has a point :)
@@robertthomas4633 oh, you didn't like my joke? Now tell me you don't laugh at SP jokes.
I like it when they are trying to rescue that whale to send it to the moon, everyone was in blackface exepept Tolkien who was obviously in whiteface lol
Mhgu
When I saw the episodes where Cartman does that, I assumed it was normal when breaking and entering.
What I love about this episode is it actually displays truly how alike kyle and cartman are.
Long live the theory with hints sprinkled throughout the series and somewhat confirmed is that cartman is bi at the very least (cupid me eps confirmed this) and he like kyle. Beey obvious of u ask me.
So many examples to name
6:33 this is proof that Butters and Jimmy are Cartman's best friends, also they're some of the few characters that call him Eric
True enough yet I find it funny how Kyle is usually on his side in regards to the Black Friday trilogy, The Fractured But Whole, and Taylor Swifting.
@@georgeprchal3924because whether or not they want to admit it they really aren't that different from one another and to some degree actually care about one another.
@@theonewayroad3867 difference between them is Cartman is honest about being a bad person whilst Kyle pretends he isn't.
@@georgeprchal3924 true...
@@georgeprchal3924lol, you can’t be serious, no one is as evil as Cartman.
"I'm not just sure, I'm HIV positive."
WHAT IS FUCKING FUNNY ABOUT THIS
@@jacoballen5538you're right, it was not funny it just always takes me out every time cartman says it.
I apologize if it looked like my comment was being inconsiderate.
@@oeny6040 Dont be so HIV negativ about it 😊
@@therealxorax6569 Okay that’s actually kinda funny.😆
@@therealxorax6569 i mean if you wanna be so hiv..negative kyle I-
Cartman- “ow fuck kyle!l 🤣
After giving him aids in a boardgame(Cartman Joins Nambla), in a story(Woodland Critter Christmas), hoping Kyle had it Casa Bonita...Eric FINALLY gave Kyle aids. This episode is SO GODDAMN hilarious. Especially when you look at Cartman's deeds over the previous 12 seasons. Also.....FUCKIN JIMMY BUFFET 😂😂
Fun fact: Giving a kid ice cream after a tonsillectomy is actually a bad idea. The dairy increases mucus production and worsens coughing, which irritates the throat even more. It’s a lot safer for kids to eat treats like sorbet, popsicles, or jello.
ye i though it be the joke when i first saw this episode. like cartman will ask for his freebie and doctors will tell him you can have it but not eat it
Shut up nerd
3:51 The fact that he predicted Cartman saying f**k the ice cream is just hysterical🤣🤣
Love this episode. the fact that cartman goes full tom hanks in philadelphia kills me every time 😂
I absolutely Love 💞this Episode 😂🤣
Yeah, most people miss this.
Everyone with HIV should wear that hat and scarf lol
Omg thank you I've always wondered why Cartman had that outfit in this episode xD
I love listening to Matt and treys episode commentary it's so funny they said they were so happy they got to put that reference in lmao
"That is a lawsuit" is the most American reaction ever 😂
If a medic person gives me aids i sue it
And im not american
Give me aids, give me money
What other reaction would you have lmao, I'm not American but that was definitely my first thought as well.
When I first saw the episode. I first thought Cartman would sue the hospital for billions. That would have been a good opportunity for him but he didn’t thought of it
“My life is changing completely, I mean obviously it is because of the AIDS” 😂😂😂. Bro you almost made me spit out my drink with that one lmao
This is one of my favorite episodes 😂 The way Kyle has to excuse himself to go laugh is so funny
I had my tonsils removed when I was a toddler. I never understood why, but from what I was told by my family was that I was always snoring loudly & badly which caused sleeping problems. I barely had any memories of the day of tonsils removal, but I remembered that I had tons of popsicles after I woke up & I could sleep better.
Honestly Kyle sealed his fate when he laughed in Cartmans face about his aids. I'm not saying Cartman doesn't deserve it, but it's Cartman, same dude who fed a kid his own parents. Kyle should've been more careful considering what Cartman is capable of. Giving him aids is getting off light if anything
Please. If anything, Cartman is lucky Kyle _only_ broke his property instead of breaking his face.
@redpillfreedom6692 Cartman is a Douchebag but he's also malevolent. Literally brought back the Confederacy and almost took over America. Also he's actually killed people so yeah, Kyle got off Light. All he can do is break his Xbox and nose, Cartman can break his soul.
@@redpillfreedom6692 kyle laughed at cartman for having aids but then kyle had the audacity to say b-b-b-b-but what part of having aids do you find funny? kyle is a hypocrite and kyle is lucky his parents and brother are alive
@@AlexisStreamsChill dude wtf is wrong with you LMAO
@@maverickfleorlouis1482 I was chill dude lol, i just found it hypocritical how kyle was laughing at cartman having aids but turns around and says how is aids funny?
there's no malicious behind my comment lol
Honestly Kyle was kinda asking for it because he knows how Cartman is and kept laughing every time he saw him Cartman gonna make sure Kyle knew this wasn't a laughing matter to him
I know, even though we know that Cartman deserved it and how both Cartman and Kyle's toxic interaction works, Kyle should have remembered what happens when you mess up with Cartman, just like with Scott Tenorman.
Maybe if he had remembered how Cartman becomes a sadistic monster (more than usual), when they mess up with him, he could really have suppressed his laughing.
@angief6364 cartman most likely would of done that at some point anyway
@@angief6364 Carmen doesn’t deserve it nobody does. Kyle deserved it for laughing at him
@jamircox8458 Cartman is one of the most evil fictional characters ever. Trying to exterminate the Jews, pretending to be handicapped for profit...him getting HIV was the universe correcting itself.
Eh, it's not like he chose to laugh
I'm HIV positive that these reactions have been fantastic!
If I was cartman. I would get rich by suing the hell outta that hospital. I first thought Cartman would do that when I first saw this.
I've never seen someone actually gasp in real life until today, the way you gasped was straight out of a TV show 😂
Bro is on the same frequency with the characters 😂: 3:51 F*ck your Ice cream, 11:29 An Apology, 11:37 What?!
I just commented, and im only 4 minutes in, but he’s starting to have the South Park mindset
When I got my wisdom teeth removed, after I woke up I could not believe it was already over!
It felt like mere minutes had passed even though it was actually almost an hour!
Fun fact: this is the only episode where Stan refers to Cartman as just “Eric”
I feel like hugging butters if i was cartman because he gave me a cute kiss on the cheek!😂
I love how you literally said the answer without realizing the answer. It is perfect.
I always loved those HIV jokes best part of the episode 😂
Your reaction when the doctor said Cartman was infected with the AIDS virus
😂😂😂😂😂
12:26 is CRAZY 😂 especially outta context.
I am HIV positive that this dude is physic, he predicted cartman saying "Fuck your icream" at 3:51. He also predicted kyle saying "An apology!?" At 11:29. And also predicted kyle saying "What!?" at 11:38.
I’m no legal expert, but I don’t think Butters would be charged as an accomplice to the crime Cartman committed. Butters is 8 or 9 in this episode and was manipulated by Cartman by telling him “helping someone with AIDS is the most important thing to do”. Also, the only info he got from Cartman was “making Kyle look funny”. Like you said, he didn’t know what Cartman was gonna do, and didn’t see Cartman do it. He may need a lawyer to help him get out of it, but other than that, the worst that could happen to your favorite South Park kid is getting grounded by his parents, NOT get grounded in prison (or juvie).
[Gasps] awwww Butters is being a nice person to Eric Cartman ----> 5:02
Butters kissing cartman is wholesome af man
Butters' greatest ability is to be anything Cartman needs him to be.
Butters is one of the greatest people in the world ❤️
This episode definitely shows the Cartman and kyle duo at its best. Also, Damien, from season 1, is a good watch.
Damien and pip should’ve had more episodes together imo, their dynamic is great
Your reaction is so on point this vid. Love it
@@kevinbonin6173you must be fun at parties
11:02 All the times i saw this episode, I never realized how strong Mr Mackey is for picking up both a violent kyle and Cartman’s fatass.
Nothing like a good old fashioned odd couple adventure… just a classic plot of two guys who don’t like each other being forced to work with each other and learn to overcome their differences and come to an understanding!
I KNEW YOU WERE GONNA REACT TO MY FAVORITE EPISODE!!!! YOU ROCK BRO!!!!!
9:21 honestly that wouldn’t have happened if Kyle didn’t laugh at Cartman.
Everyone should know by now how vengeful this dude is…
If u offend Cartman in anyway, lord knows what kind of plots he’ll pull off 🫣
@@ericlammers3492 true kyle got off lucky
I swear as soon as cartman says “people need to understand this” u know something about to happen lol
This episode was great, Trey Parker probably got the same I did. For the people that say They are not spending enough Money on Aids research
1,867,282,000.00 is spent on Aids, 191 Million on Breast Cancer, 15 million spent on Prostate Cancer research and 1 million on skin cancer.
1 million on skin cancer? that's like one day of research lmao
I think Kyle Broflovski's laugh is funny and adorable ----> 5:32
I mean I can't rlly be mad at Kyle once you consider the shit Cartman has done to Kyle throughout the entire show, if anything, Kyle thought this was justice that had been long awaiting.
3:52 best part ever!!
3:54 Cartman “F your Icecream”
I love Cartman dressed as Tom Hanks from the movie Philadelphia lol
11:28 I love how disfunktional predicts everything that Kyle says
In medicine, depending on the area and local culture, we almost never remove tonsils anymore. The bottom line is, it barely fixes Jack shit, it is a massive risk of damage, infection, etc versus just not doing the surgery.
In Cartmans case, they’d probably do it because of his weight. He likely has pediatric sleep apnea along with tonsillitis; so they have more reason to do it since sleep apnea can ultimately kill you, especially when you’re that young. Hurts your organs, brain, everything basically
4:54 😢aw butters
Fun fact: the real Jimmy Buffett apparently had one of the hardest laughs of his life when his daughter showed him this episode
''what part of having a deadly disease is funny to you''
The hypocrisy from Kyle makes it funnier.
0:58 - Now that's what I call a sticky situation!
4:37 he had to mention "kisses" to the boys
The tune that is playing in the show is from leave it to beaver
5:01 Butters is a real one
14:17 Kyle you found it funny when Eric had it. 14:40 use Mega Punch. Super effective.
Watch

9:00 "he could do time for that" ahahahahhaha "attempted murder" omfgggggg that was something i never thought about and am soooo curious if that could be considered attempted murder. holy shit that was a highlight of reactions and i've seen a lot!!!
I believe there have been some criminal convictions over that, although the accused would have to do it knowingly and intentionally to face legal consequences.
I understand how Kyle was feeling when he heard the news, and I can't blame him about feeling that divine justice was served after been Cartman's main target of bullying.
He could have tried to conceal his joy or tried not to laugh in front of Eric Cartman. Yeah, pretty difficult but that wouldn't have made Cartman getting revenge on him by transmiting him AIDS. (And the adults how stupid they are, why going directly that they had sex and that they are lovers when there are other sick ways in transmiting AIDS). Maybe he could have stop laughing if he remembered what happened in that episode of Scott Tenorman and the conclusion: never mess up with Cartman.
I agree with the lawsuit to the hospital (unless the mom was so stupid on being manipulated on signing a ridiculous waiver without reading it). And later Cartman to be on jail, I know we know he is a sick guy, in every term, but I will say it again, what a sick monster he is.
kyle is such a hypocrite this episode it makes it hard for me to justify his actions
it makes it easy for me to justify cartmans....cartman only got aids becuase the hospital messed up, if they didn't mess up none of this would have happened
considering what type of person cartman is kyle got off lucky
12:26 this caught me so off guard 😂
You gotta do City Sushi ASAP
3:52 i think you’re getting the South Park state of mind now
Word of advice for those getting their tonsils out: hot foods are easier to eat because the heat on your throat makes it less painful to swallow. I basically lived off of Kraft macaroni and cheese while recovering.
This was probably one of the episodes where i felt kyle got what he deserved. I get cartman is a massive asshole, but kyle knows cartman and what he’s capable of, and yet by laughing at cartman he ended up getting infected with HIV by cartman. I feel kyle got what he deserved in this episode, and thats usually cartmans outcome. And by kyle scolding cartman for making a joke about HIV, i think kyle needs to ask himself the same question, “what part of HIV is funny to you?”
kyle found it hialrious cartment got it until it he got it then it was no joking matter
Im 43 and I still have my tonsils, theyve been inflamed before but never to the point of requiring removal.
Yo Kyle being violent isn’t a isolated occurrence. He’s shown on multiple occasions he’s willing to fight. The only difference this in this episode theres no one to calm him down and having is beyond his ability to calm himself down. Look at some episodes like the ginger one where he beat cartman in his sleep or in the whole cartoon wars 2 parter. Kyle being ready to throw down has always been a consistent thing it’s just usually something stops him.
i assume many know this but this was a play on the kid ryan white who had aids back in the day who became a national poster child for HIV/AIDS in the United States after his school barred him from attending classes my dad went to school with him his school was the only one willing to take him in at the time. He was visited and supported by elton john and michael jackson.
This is definitely one of my top favorite episodes, not only because I love Kyle (most of his centric-eps are my favs), but Cartman getting what he deserves as karma after all the shit he gets up to. XD
if you think cartman getting aids is funny and kyle laughing at him is funny
you are heartless
This is by far the funniest reaction show. Dude...it's like you LIVE in South Park reacting in real time same as the boys.
This episode shows how evil cartman is
I never had to get my tonsils removed but it was a similar situation when I got my wisdom teeth pulled (or it was supposed to be anyways). Doctor said that I probably would not be eating hard foods for a week. Legit an hour later I was eating potato chips watching soccer. That week was awesome
They really beat a dead horse in this episode. I’m HIV positive they did.
Thanks for existing like always
I remember when I had my tonsils removed. I couldn’t talk or swallow without it hurting for a week
The cure was hilarious
R.I.P. Jimmy Buffett.
A Nightmare on FaceTime is a great episode
We all need a friend like Butters
I'm not just positive this is one of the best South Park episodes. I'm HIV positive.
Wow, this episode let’s be honest. Eric deserve to catch this disease. poor Kyle he didn’t have to suffer
None of the 4 kids are exactly innocent. The timeline cartman was good was the one he left the group. All 4 of them feed into each other's toxicity and the fact the time line where the group never dissolves is the one cartman becomes homeless shows this
Kyle definitely poked the hornet's nest by continuously laughing, though. Yes the karma is delicious, but didn't he learn not to piss Cartman off after the Scott Tenorman incident?
@@MrWhatdafuBOOM You say that but he never made a joke, he just laughed. If the roles were reversed Cartman would be ripping on him every single second
@MrWhatdafuBOOM Don't you remember how many times Cartman was like, "You have Aids?" to Kyle
3:52 he & Cartman have the same thought in their mind
Cartman this dude was petty for giving Kyle his diseaser😂😂😂😂
kyle got off lucky cuz cartman is vengeful AF
I’m not gonna lie Cart man was not in the wrong to give Kyle HIV, because he was literally laughing at Cartman for having a deadly illness. He deserve HIV.
@disfunktionaltv Might I request one of my favorite episodes ever? Season 16 episode 3 "Faith Hilling" Also here for the evil algorithm and all that jazz.. love the reactions my dude
I got my tonsils out at 20 (the ENT doc looked at them and went W H O A HOW ARE YOU BREATHING RIGHT NOW so insurance finally covered it) and I was bedridden and voiceless for 2 months.
If you can, get your kids in to get them sliced out while they're kids. They bounce back in a few weeks. It's real hard on adult bodies to recover from that.
12:26 What did his mom do to Kyle? 😂
For the algorithm
Season 3 episode 11 chinpokomon
Love the content bro. Quick question who is mom dukes? I've never heard this slang before
You know it’s funny i think the 2 main characters they couldn’t replace is cartman then Kenny. But they could switch Stan or Kyle out with a different kid and it wouldn’t affect the show much.
Im high af eating microwave burritos laughing my ass off. 😂😂
Great video and highly recommend Black Friday Trilogy.
