That varial heel on a mini board was one of the greatest tricks of the whole contest. Not because it’s complexity but because Chris brought up the true meaning of skateboarding: just having fun. Thank you Chris ❤

Cole probably accepted that board just for the fun, but I think they both should have battled it out with the small board it would be sick and make it fair
It was a throwaway match and the crowd was dead from waiting for the final match for so long. I'm assuming Cole did it for comedic relief and to speed up the game for the final.

That gets me again to the point to change rules in next batb. Sides should change after every try. So you do the trick of your oppenent and then one for your oppenent. Then he does a trick again..in my opinion this should be changed.

I have a theory that in the future pro skaters will have "skateboard techs" similar to how guitar players have guitar techs. Because you have guys that better understand the physics of a skateboard and how to build the optimum board for the desired trick. Then you have the opposite,guys who are in the field skating all day and don't have time/don't want to bother with being in the workshop. If you could team up the right pair it would have to give the pro an advantage

It was not funny, it was non professional the lack of at least an extra board for each skater
dude, it's the battle for 3rd place, no one cares, this is just purely for fun. I'm sure they could have found a full size deck for Chris (or both used Tyler's board like they did on the last trick), he didn't care and had fun with it on the mini board.

Instagram more than Tiktok actually, but you're right, the game changed. The 3 of them are incredibly good though, and they put out sick tricks on Instagram (and possibly Tiktok too but I can't say) more than real skate parts. And Nick Holt was part of the MAJER crew channel a few years ago, so he really took part in YT before he did in other platforms.
Tyler was featured on the berrics way back and has also been in a street league event at Paul's park and also had the top qualifying run in the USA skateboarding event in the past year, expecting a video part to drop soon. Nick Holt was putting out videos with Majer crew over a decade ago and also beat PJ Ladd in BATB 7 pros vs joes (after PJ just won BATB 5 and 6), and Nick recently turned pro for Snake Farm (Cody McEntire's company). And Jamie got well known online through his insane stationary skating in his shed in Ireland, but has also put out a few video parts.
