Digne, Youri, Barkley and Duran have all impressed me so far.
Duran should start for Colombia vs Chile today at 3:30 pm ( Colombia Time ) for the 2026 World Cup Elimination round.
Rogers, Bailey and Ramsey haven't been bad, but there's a lot of room for improvement. With Kamara, Buendia and Mings to be reintroduced I feel we're only going to get stronger throughout the season, and to think Maatsen and Philogene haven't really been unleashed yet... Optimistic for the coming months.
I agree, but rogers has still been one of our best players. Just shows how massive his potential is

It is not really the point of ratings to rate according to expectations but compared to other players. Konsa for example has probably been the second best player behind Tielemans - even if that was the expectation, he should still be rated as second best.

The justification for Barkley to be rated higher than McGinn is questionable - RB was coming in red hot from last season…
Matty scapegoat Cash with a 6???? Yes, we have missed him, unbeaten with him, back to back clean sheets… I agree re Martinez… we all think he’s been a bit below HIM
Can Emery be a 9 when he got the tactics and subs wrong for Ipswich?
I'd agree. Don't think a 9 is fair - we haven't had an amazing start given the fixtures. 7.5 would be fair as we are likely to drop more points in the next 6 games and possibly be outside the European places
@@carlthomas7354 I definitely think there's a heavy positive bias with Emery. And also players like Martinez.
Duran gets a 9, just because he's playing against defenders that have been tired out by Watkins, Rogers etc
True but let me ask you a question. How many subs in the Premier are as affective as JD?

Why isn’t Duran a 10? Because surely everyone has seen him START games re Wycombe - a lost sheep… 🐑
And there it is - JT gives Bailey 6.5! Bailey has been awful, Unai subbed the sub; I knew he’d mark his favourite unfairly, compared to the others. It now null & voids everything else. Bailey will not be at Villa next season - the work ethic isn’t there.
