When Brian and Audra got married they bought a fixer upper house out in the country, but sadly his son Jhett got sick. Jhett had a heart defect and the only thing that would save him is a risky heart transplant.
With time running out, a donor was available and Jhett received a heart transplant. In honor of Jhett's successful transplant, they started a non profit foundation that gives toys to sick kids to cheer them up.
Ty and the design team must build a home that has a clean and safe environment suitable for the family especially Jhett.
