This is probably a dumb question, but what are you using to break the blade off of the NT cutter? I’ve been trying to look around for it but unsure what it’s called!
Typically those cutters have it built into the cap. it doubles as a blade snapper. Took me a while to figure that. Also you could just use small pliers.
Tint your headlamps only, if you drive exclusively daytime. Rear lamps only if you do not hit public roads ever. All else is not a good idea.
