This judge needs to get CONTROL of the attorneys on both sides. Like immediately. This is a guaranteed reversal on appeal if he doesn’t tighten the reins. (Course Durst will never live long enough to see that day)
I agree, but also, I kinda don't. You're right to point out that this might get mentioned in an appeal, but I don't think the judge is bad. I actually like his style, but he needs to be careful not to give grounds for a mistrial or for a reversal during the appeal procedure.

She's answering questions like a defendant. I gave depositions for my employer twice and their attorney told me I answered perfectly. asking if I'd testified before. I told him, "No. I was a devious child."
The judge seems to be adopting an informal breezy collegial style. His loosie goosie manner is not serving the trial and makes him appear less confident in front of the lawyers

Again, i sustain the perfect mental health of Mr. Durst. He is a very sensitive man and generous with poor people. He has a special attraction and he was a good man as sexual and intimate point of view. It is not including the closer persons. In this case he was very strictly and severe. He was correct with them and he have expected the same from them. Kathy is a victim because she want a child and he doesn't agree with she. After this, she acts haotically, expecting to escape from his husband. She forgot one think! She became his property! This kind of man as I know better than this Court, will never accept to recover your freedom. This is a fact! In rest, just words.
@@jacks6632 It is amusing and confusing to read Mihaela's post, but, I only speak one language, and I don't even dare try to communicate in any other one; I admire and respect anyone working to do so. We Americans, in general, do not value or respect people knowing, or working to know, a second (or more) language.
