The lady knew her stuff and was very generous with her pricing knowing you needed to make some money too. However, if you were one of those guys who try lowballing already fare prices she wouldn't have been so kind. Your attitude gets you a long way, Anthony.
The doll earrings are itty bitty Kewpie dolls. They're classic. The real dolls were 6-7" tall and very popular in the 20s and 30s. I love this lady's arithmetic!! The little "cream pitcher" is a miniature toby mug. The rose broach is called "The Christmas Rose" and would have originally come in a box with a copy of "The Story of The Christmas Rose" inside. It's a classic from the 60s-70s. This was a great garage sale!!
That lady was awesome! She asked more than reasonable prices, knowing the items worth, leaving you plenty of meat on the bone & even telling you how much you should sell it for!!! Great sale find Anthoney!!
I love watching you. Your so fair , kind and don't try to rob people like commonwealth picker does lol. Thank you for being humble and respectful to people. ,
Hi. Those little little earrings are Kewpie Dolls. Usually found in actual doll form, they have been around since, I don't know, the 20s, 30s or earlier.
Anthony, is that you singing in the intro? I never thought I'd enjoy watching someone at garage sales. Can't get enough. You have a great heart and speak to people like everyone should.
Nothing will inspire me to empty my wallet faster than having someone inspired by my money making me better deals for purchasing more. We just witnessed a frenzy.
Where you bought the pins on a pillow there was a square purse that was lucite and metal. They sell well. You can tell better purses if they have feet. Nice finds again!
Kind of nice to have someone give you a running total like that! Although, a certain Mrs. FF told me you you're good with Math on your own. The more you bought, the cheaper the items seemed to get! I think she looked at you as a colleague of sorts. The pillow makes a nice display item. A neat and fun video! How is Walker doing?????
If you ever buy a Stirling and enamelled broch and it's stamped 925 s with a sircle has a letter H with Norway stamped on the back it's from the 50s he dose ery stuff but the stamp has his full last name instead of the sircle with a capital h in it
Takes a lot of patience to do what you do. I grew up doing it and never will again I just buy stuff I want and stuff to give away now. About have a decent sized set of cutco for my daughter. And I like old American tools.
As you walked up to her sale I saw that stunning antique oak table, which I have 1 exactly like it as nd have been searching for yrs. Double dang.. go figure right. You did great there. But sm so bummed I couldn't get that table. Going to do a silent scream now.
Hey Froggy, If you pick up Music boxes that aren't working, often a quick blow and a drop of clock oil on the pivots is all they need. 10ml will last you years.. Quick fix if the mechanism is easy to access... Love the channel..
You’re finding some great items; so far one out of three garage sale weekends has been decent. Though I did find rain boots for my grandson! And oh that Gregg Shorthand book, spent more than a few hours learning shorthand. Ancient in today’s world. Ha
I saw a couple of Cross pens. What do you typically aim to pay for them? I didnt ask how much they are. I generally only look for the Mont Blanc pens because those generally be pricey but typically see the Cross ones more often.
Yeah I like cross and Parker. I don’t think I’ve ever spent more than $2 for any single pen I’ve ever bought. Any more than that and I’d probably have to do a quick comp search.
@@FroggyFlips ya definitely doesnt hurt to ask. I feel like i was on a tear garage saleing at a townwide yard sale on Saturday and then my alternator stopped working again. Felt good to find $100 dvd box set for free and a $60 gamecube game for $2 but never made it to a church sale. I love those type of sales cause everything is usually cheap.
That lady was nice & good prices. Too much background noise, good concentration on your part. Good haul & nice video, great comic books & jewelry thank you💠🐸(Gregg shorthand book from high school 1966)
What a lovely lady! So sweet, she was so kind on the prices. So happy for you sweetheart. Did you look at the handbags? No vintage goodies there? Xx I keep checking your site...but I'm never quick enough....lol. Always wishing you the best my friend. X
Have just come across your channel & love the content, its a bank holiday here so am going to spend it binge watching the rest of your vids. Best wishes from Tony in Dublin Ireland 🇮🇪.
I hear a dog in the background it sounds like a small dog will you ever be showing him in one of your videos? I love animals, would really like to see the dog if possible.
I usually look at plush but when i see Boyd's bear tags, I usually just ignore them because majority are slow sellers and not worth it but there are some higher price ones i should look out for
The lady said that she had a lot more jewelry at home I don’t know if you could go back and ask her if you could see it and offer her an amount to buy it all because I sell jewelry I’m only jewelry and when I go to garage sales or estate sales and especially that she said that’s all she has left I come across people like that and usually you get a very good deal if you’re interested just letting you know you know you could go back and speak with her and who knows you might see a lot or get a lot but I would try it and see what happens but keep that in mind even in for the future if somebody tells you they have a lot more always say is there anyway I could see it and make an offer I like watching your channel especially when your little boy comes along with you he’s so cute take care OK

Gotta love people putting on the garage sales become the greatest used car salesman in the country !!

The lady knew her stuff and was very generous with her pricing knowing you needed to make some money too. However, if you were one of those guys who try lowballing already fare prices she wouldn't have been so kind. Your attitude gets you a long way, Anthony.
The lady had such a warm personality I love her

I agree, I do the same and the results are just amazing

3:38 that was my family's copy of Night Before Christmas

Although there is little detail to go by, those baby doll earrings might be kewpies, which would be very cool!

Nice Job!
Great sale! She had some embroidered linens I was hoping you would look at but you didn’t maybe next time.
That Ronson table lighter sounds like it just needs a new flint and some fluid to start up. Nice finds!

Froggy Flips is my fav way to waste time! He should get his own show like Pawn Stars or American Pickers! You are doing a great job dude! Keep it up!
Well thanks so much!
Buddy....I just wanted to tell you that if you find the royal daunting character mugs and creamers. Those are really good also
You should have gotten those Boyd’s bears. They are worth something. That lady was super nice and she gave you a hell of a deal! Awesome pick ups!!
Enamel brooch is awesome

Greetings from Morocco, North Africa. I enjoy watching your channel.
Baby earrings are similar to Kewpie-chan. Kewpie-chan is a very famous food image character in Japan.
Great videos

Those doll earrings look like Kewpie dolls
Nice work ✨🎇🎆
We all want to see a craziest finds ever. Cost to profit.
Was that a Pez you put down.
Totally unrelated to reselling, but is your wedding ring black hills gold?
Suprised you didn't grab the vintage looney toons comics,we're they not worth it? Thought they may have a bit of value.
Same here, I would have grabbed those comics. Even the Fat Albert one.
IMO, certain issues are decent... but I didn’t see any golf there so I ended up leaving then.
@@FroggyFlips What do you mean by golf? Are there golf comics? Or is that an acronym in the reseller world?
Haha sorry, GOLD autocorrected!
@@FroggyFlips Thanks for the info man, know what to look for in future.👍
Sweet lady, love her working with you.
Toby mugs are highly collectable. Fyi
How much for the Ronson lighter? I am very interested!
That lady waited on u like school days!

The Tody mug is not glass
It's ceramic: baked dirt

Yeah, even paying $5 out $10 for that small lot...I just didn’t see too much value 🤷🏼♂️
Coins!
Any unexpected silver in there?

The real treasure was that lovely lady!!!! What a gem! ❤️
