Experiencing redness for the first few hours of treatment is normal which should disappear quickly. Our gold-plated micro-needles are thinner than a hair strand, so the sensation is super gentle - no numbing cream needed at 0.5mm! 💫 If you prefer numbing cream, follow the packaging instructions, apply 30 mins before. Cleanse your skin before treatment, and check our safety guide here: www.qureskincare.com/pages/microinfusion-safety-guide. 😊✨
@@uyenle4789 we're sorry to hear that! When stamping, try to ensure the serum is at the end of the device where the needles are. Thanks for your feedback! We're really glad it helped your skin :) Most customers report minimal to no pain at all! You can definitely use a numbing cream if needed. Just don't forget to wash and cleanse your face before the treatment 🙌
Thank you for your interest with our Micro-Infusion! It is recommended to do the treatment once every 2 weeks for best results ✨ We also have a designated page for the guidelines that all our customers can check www.qureskincare.com/pages/microinfusion-safety-guide. 🙌
Can you use this directly under the eye? I have a white bump that the dermatologist said she can burn off. When I read about these bumps they suggest it is a buildup of skin cells and mild exfoliation may break it down. I use a topical solution like toner which was supposed to to exfoliate very lightly, however it did not change the bump. Hoping this helps.
Thank you for reaching out to us! 😊 Micro-needling can indeed be effective for various skin concerns, including the reduction of white bumps like the one you've described. However, it's important to note that delicate areas such as under the eyes require extra caution and expertise. Before proceeding with any treatment, I highly recommend consulting with a qualified dermatologist or skincare professional to assess the specific condition of the bump and determine the most suitable course of action. They can provide personalized advice tailored to your skin's needs and ensure your safety and satisfaction. 🥰
Typically, redness after microneedling can last anywhere from 1 to 3 days. The duration can vary depending on your skin type and the intensity of the treatment. Most people notice that the redness diminishes significantly within the first 24 hours. 🥰
You may do 2-3 passes of your face, or any specific areas of concern (ie. fine lines around the mouth or crows feet) to get the best results. Stamp with a 50% overlap. This means each time you stamp you overlap the previous stamp halfway. We also have a designated page for the guidelines that all our customers can check www.qureskincare.com/pages/microinfusion-safety-guide. As long as our guidelines will be followed, we assure you to get the benefits that our Micro-Infusion can offer. 😉🫰
Thank you for reaching out to us! 🥰 The needle heads of Qure’s Micro-Infusion system are indeed 0.5mm in length. This design is specifically intended for “epidermal-needling,” which aids in enhancing the absorption of skincare ingredients and improving skin texture. Yes 🥰 You can mix the two serums but only half from each vile. You can mix Hydra-Soothing and Rejuvenating serum for your treatment, then dispense half of each vial into the device, place the rubber stoppers back onto the serum vial, and use the remaining for your next treatment. 😍
We recommend a Micro-Infusion treatment every 2 weeks for the best results! 🥰 The more treatments you perform the greater skin benefits over time you’ll receive. 😊

Hi Sahar! Everyone's skin is different. Skin redness is a normal side effect after the treatment however, this should disappear quickly. 😊 If you have an existing medical or skin condition, it's best to consult your doctor before use or purchase of the product. We recommend doing the treatment every 2 weeks for best results! ✨🤍
I recommend a treatment every 2 weeks, dear. One vial of serum is intended for one whole treatment. Stamp with a 50% overlap. This means each time you stamp you overlap the previous stamp halfway. Once you’ve completed the treatment, take the leftover serum from the device and pat it onto your face and neck. Leave the serum on overnight so your skin can drink up all those nourishing ingredients!❤
Do not order anything from them , they have a horrible customer service they don’t help you with anything it’s just waste of time. Plus, they charge you for the return for incomplete orders. Really bad experience with this company I will ever ever ever buy anything from them.
Thank you for reaching out and bringing this matter to our attention. Could you please send us a DM with your order number? This will allow us to quickly and accurately address your concerns. I appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this matter for you. 🤍
My god?!? From a medical perspective, this is SO DANGEROUS. First, gold is a bacteria farm because it’s so mailable, and very porous. You’re moving microbes and bacteria from one spot to another, not using a gloved hand, I hope you don’t get sepsis >> endocarditis. My god!?
Hi Helena, thank you for your concern. We take safety very seriously and appreciate your feedback. Our micro-infusion devices are made with high-quality, medical-grade materials and are designed for single use to ensure hygiene and safety. It's important to follow the provided instructions carefully, including proper sanitization and handling. If you have any specific concerns or questions, don't hesitate to reach out to me directly. Your health and safety are our top priorities.🥰
How does this work if using differin gel at night? Is this only used without retinals? Or Can it be used am to make the vitamin c and the moisturizer an spf sink better? But either way is the effect long lasting which makes adapaline too strong? Thanks!

My box arrived yesterday and will use this evening. I've had laser procedures and decided to invest in this product because it is a lower price point. Hoping it reduces my ever-returning hyperpigmentation from my brainless days in the sun during the glorious 1980's.
