Hi Tyler, for hiking the West Coast Trail in the summer we would recommend the MEC Talon -3c Down Sleeping Bag - www.mec.ca/en/product/5035-436/Talon--3C-Down-Sleeping-Bag A down sleeping bag will take up about half as much space as a synthetic bag and will be much lighter.
I have a MEC down and a synthetic. My down is a MEC Swan. It's an older bag, but robust. I keep it stored in huge cotton MEC sleeping bag storage bag. Love this Swan down bag..
do these bags compress to take up less space if I use compression sack?
I’m doing the west coast Trail What bag would you recommend

Your website makes reference to the women's version of the MEC Delphinus -9C Down Sleeping Bag. Is there a men's version?
How much do they weigh?
1.21 Kg to 1.5kg depending on size (Small or Regular)
