I'm from The Netherlands and learned about show bags for the first time in my life due to this video. What a nice but at the same time strange phenomenon.
Thanks for sharing! ✨ We’re going this friday! Fingers crossed it won’t rain because the last time we went there it was raining that was 5 years ago lol. I’m so excited to show this to my toddler. ✨
I probably won't get to the show this year; so thanks for taking us all there ! I really wanted to try the bacon on a stick, and of course the famous Dagwood dogs/ Pluto pups. Happy Easter ! 👍🇦🇺 Jim.
Wow! good video but S..t show, pretty quite, didn't look that before covid hit. After working the on the show ground for a few years setting up rides and hosting thousands, I wouldn't thought I actually did it for so long, I miss this show in its Busy days, and again it's weird seeing the crowde move around with ease lol, after this show certain outfits will head towards Bathurst. Thanks for sharing
I truly can't wait to visit this event again, it's one of my sweetest memories from my last visit to Australia! Next year ❤️ Thanks for sharing with us.
Yes pretty much every city and town has a show and it’s just a place to have fun it lasts for different lengths and it’s smaller in some places the show in my town only lasts 2 days and it’s small
The show isn't actually about Easter, it's just held during the Easter period. Technically, it's an Agricultural Fair, with lots of judging of livestock.
In case you are being serious. Olympic Park, and the showground, was there first, before the apartment blocks. If you know the history of the area, it was stock yards and the State Abattoir (and a large clay pit and brick works). Maybe the new residents would prefer it if we put them back.
@@daveg2104 I am paying rates, fees etc... I have this RIGHT to live peacefully at my suburb. Also the Sydney Olympic Park is not an dump anymore. It is an expensive suburb, hence I want to see more of quality people around
@@HJ-ls1jj So, you didn't realise you moved next door to a stadium and the showground? The only thing I think you could complain about would be the car racing that has taken place in more recent years - if you moved in before using the area for car racing was proposed.

No ticket available at the gate. Thanks for sharing.
The Covid crowd limits are great - there's room to move without having a panic attack
Easter Sunday was very busy though. I've been to the show during normal times when the crowd was smaller.
Never had a problem previous years
I havent been to the easter show since it moved to olympic park. thanks for showing us around
You're welcome! Have a great weekend 🙏😊
WAIT WHAT WHERE WAS IT BEFORE
@@jaylamar382 Moore park
@@jaylamar382 It moved to Olympic Park in 1998 when the station and area was built for the 2000 Olympics.

Is this like the Australian version of the state fair?
Yes, I think so.
Yes pretty much every city and town has a show and it’s just a place to have fun it lasts for different lengths and it’s smaller in some places the show in my town only lasts 2 days and it’s small
Love to see them having fun. Hope this is us next year. Great video

Yes, I am planning to do so 👍🏻😊
@More Locations excellent! I’m looking forward to that!👍🏻🙂

Thank you 🙏😊
I wish I was there I never forget when I was a child and I went there I use to buy a lot of Easter bags Artemis from Greece
I like it 👌
Is it for free, or you have to buy entrance ticket first?
Yeah there's entrance tickets cost about 50 bux I think. And when your inside you still have to pay for the rides
There is an entry fee and you need to pay for rides and games but there is also free stuff to do and see inside
It looks dead where all rides
I'm really wanna back to SYD 😭😭 weebs out 😭😭
Entry fee????
Yes, there is. It gets you in to all the pavilions and arena events for free. Rides cost extra, if you want to go on them.
😊😊😊😊🎉🎉🎉
🍫🍫🍫👍👍👍
👍👍🇰🇬
I saw u in the video hahahaha
😁😄👋
Are there no masks over there?
There's no covid 19 cases in Sydney anymore.
We are lucky and have had no cases for a while. Praying for the rest of the world.
Where is a sign of Jesus Christ? The cross?
The show isn't actually about Easter, it's just held during the Easter period. Technically, it's an Agricultural Fair, with lots of judging of livestock.
The Easter Show needs to be relocated to somewhere else. It is a huge nuisance for the locals. The Sydney Olympic Park is a high density area.
