I found a cornicello key ring among my mothers things. It’s the one with the crown on top, but I kept hearing something rattling around inside. I unscrewed the top (the crown part) from the horn & inside, hanging from the interior of the crown is a small man, wearing a top hat & it looks like his face is a skeleton. I wish I could attach a photo, but it’s in the order of the character from Nightmare Before Christmas. Do you know what the significance is?

The cornicello looks like the horn of plenty (cornucopia) held by the Greek goddess Tyche…she was the god of fortune.
