From starting I was using double layers for the base
Di isme aapme jab pehna tab ye waist kaise pehna matna didn't it tear because paper h aur agar galti se bhi measurement tight ya loose ho gya to kare and also please share ki aapne ise carry karne k liye ya jab aap walk karte ho to ise roke k liye waist p kya kiya. As because mujhe ye banana h. Please iski saari details share kar do jisse pura samaj m aa jae aur top k andar aapne kitna layer paper liya tha aur sabse badi baat blouse ko pehna kaise paper fata nhi kya while wearing . Please share

How many newspapers should we use??
It’s completely upon you
I haven’t count bcoz many and many newspapers were used for frill n for base of skirt around 25 to 30, just use double layer of newspaper for base so that it doesn’t tear

No dear… newspaper is enough to give volume… don’t use cancan it might tear the newspaper. 😊
