Congratulations on 14 years🎉 I’m first expensive eyeshadow pallet was actually urban decay naked 2 ! It killed me to spend 50$ at the time and now we’re all here spending that much for a setting spray lol

Congrats on 14 years🎉. I remember the first makeup products that I bought on my own was at the MAC makeup counter, powder foundation, and Melba blush. I was so happy and proud of myself. I still wear some of Mac products today. But i do remember buying my first eyeshadow primer Urban Decay primer potion, I still use it today, and I bought that beautiful blue eyeshadow to recreate a Kim K blue eyeshadow lewk and then bought my first Naked Palette and I still use the UD Setting Spray. Always a repurchase.
My first make up purchase was literally Urban Decay Bamboo Palette from like 2008. I still have it, I can’t get rid of all the memories. The grip that midnight cowboy rides again had on my life!!

Oh man do y’all remember the Great Lash mascara by Maybelline in that pink and green tube?? That was my first make up purchase lol. I think of it every time I suffer from spider lashes to this day 🥲
My first palette was Urban Decay Naked 3. I was so excited to have it, and I didn’t realize it looked too cool toned against my skin till later. My first purchase with my own money was Too Faced Sweet Peach palette, and I still have it 😊

I'm 57, but wayyyyy back then, I think I bought Indian Earth and used it for shadow & cheeks & lip.
Mine was UD Alice in Wonderland palette 😂 but the naked palette was my go to coz it’s just so nice!
I used to love UD when I was in uni years ago, I went to them for almost everything, especially foundations where I went through bottles of them throughout my youth. I like their new concealer

I don't remember the 1st make up item that I bought myself with my own money. But I do remember the firstt urban decay eyeshadow palette that I got was the New York City one that had a pull out drawer of shadows and then the top lifted up to a pop up of New York City and it is lighted. My mom got me the pallet for Christmas. I had originally wanted the Alice-in-Wonderland palette because I saw Kandee Johnson using it but it was already either sold out or discontinued. So the New York City one was the next best thing. I still have the palette even though I don't use it. I actually still have all of the urban decay palettes I ever bought because they are just too much of a sentiment to me to just get rid of!
But the OG eyeshadow primer I used was too faced shadow insurance, not the primer potion because a worker at sephora showed me a demonstration and I was SOLD.
First makeup product i bought was foundation so I can imagine how mismatched it looked from Covergirl Queen collection with My girl Queen Latifah. My first Urban Decay product was their smokey eye shadow pallete .. Gorgeous! I used to use alot of of greens because of my eye color and it still pops till this day but I love a warm neutral tone ❤❤
I like both of those lip shades! They are in my cart as we speak cause those are my tones 😂😂😂
I really love how this look came out. I was curious about the concealer but now I'm even more intrigued lol. Also the eyeshadow palette you used was the one I had my eyes on especially for the warm tones and pop of blue! Anastasia modern Renaissance was my 1st high end purchase with my own money. Before that I was a drugstore girly. I think covergirl the clean liquid foundation in the triangular bottle was my my 1st overall purchase. I've loved me a base hunny! 🙌🏾🙌🏾
I have the same memories of urban decay! At 16 I took one of my first pay checks and ran into urban decay for the primer potion. I also loved their bright shadows. To this day primer potion is my fave for my oily lids 😌

omg my first makeup purchase were some lime crime lip glosses in hs i completely forgot about that! i remember being so nervous to wear them because makeup intimidated me baddd and i always thought i looked like a clown no matter what. the first time i wore mascara to school i was texting my friend freaking out and refusing to leave the car 🤣

My 1st name brand purchase was a MAC pressed pigment. It was a silvery grapey purple and the fallout created my eyes sooooo bad I only wore it a couple times before retiring it.
