That’s a great question! Absolutely, this can happen. Therefore, we do not recommend using it in the kitchen without proper exhaust. you are right Max to max we can see a 4-5 degree difference in room Temp It will improve the overall efficiency of the room .

Namaste Sirji, your videos are quite knowledgeable. All my concepts regarding heat barrier and heat radiance got clear now. I need some pieces of advice from you. We have load bearing house with 2 floors. On top we have old cement sheets installed long back. But now these sheets make much noise during rainy season. In summar time, we couldn't sit there for a minute due to severe heat. Now I am planning to install tata durashine sheets. How can we stick the aluminium foil directly to the sheet? Is it expensive to stick the foil to the sheet? Is aluminium sheet a reflective bubble foil as you have showed in other videos? Using this technique, will my problems be solved upto 80%? Can we use rockwool below the sheets with pvc ceiling as an extra insulated layer in addition to aluminium foil? Kindly suggest.

please follow this step to install the bubble sheet under the metal rooftop
it's easy to install. installation charges may cost you around 10-15₹ per sqft

Bubble sheet and aluminium foil will reduce 97% of heat from the rooftop
aluminium foil will not reduce any sound
but bubble aluminium foil will reduce the 30-40% sound from the rooftop.
My suggestion is Rockwool
Rockwool is 3in one product
it will significantly reduce the sound it has a property to absorb the sound as well as heat .
what you planed is perfetly fine . u can use rockwool on any kind ceiling thats the best idea to save labour cost😉
use Rockwool with ai foil .

2 feet above the roof SIMPLY lay one more Roofing Metal sheet on the top of existing sheet using vertical supports a WELDER can do this.
The air between the two sheets will have a airy gap of 2 feet will act as cooling area and shade the bottom sheet there by temperature will be lesser inside the room
