Mailerdiablo when you visited Blk 93 Henderson (shown at 3:24) were there still any old lifts surviving or all have been replaced by ULift by the time you visited?
d_impulse those were the exact same lifts as the one at mailerdiablo filmed in his BLK 55 Lengkok bahru lifts. Also, BLK 93 is from 1974/1975, so the lifts were almost certainly fuji, not Hitachi. BLK 55 Lengkok bahru was from around 1966 which is still in the era Hitachi installed lifts for the hdb. Moreover, BLK 93 Henderson doesn't have any additional ULifts being installed outside which mailerdiablo claims the same in the video of the Hitachi at BLK 55 Lengkok bahru. LiftyGamez also can verify that estate has the same model of lifts in the picture because he rode one of them in 2009 before it got replaced. A picture I found online (which seems to be gone now) showing Lift A and B which claims it's from BLK 55 Lengkok bahru shows the exact same kind of lift.
Looking at 0:41, it seems that you have gone to one of the blocks in Henderson Crescent that has already been demolished under SERS. Do you think you can check the backlog and if you can the video of this lift? Thanks
That was not filmed because the interior view was too similar to AMK and Clementi examples. Yellow interior, Fuji branded. Those ones are available on this channel.
I'm still deathly afraid of the old generation elevators. Especially the ones at Toa Payoh before LUP. Luckily most of Toa Payoh have been through LUP.
You mean those 1960s-early-1970s Express lifts in there last time? I found many of those one-door lifts in Toa Payoh, the problem is that they were already majorly modernized by Fujitec in the late-1980s, then got slight modifications again under Main Upgrading Programme to get windows, buttons, etc. Lift Upgrading Programme never touched those lifts as they are at the staircase landings. The problem now is that Lift Renewal Programme is using Mitsubishi Singapore to replace all these lifts into crappier ones.
@kttandon It's filmed, but yet to be uploaded due to the backlog.
Well, the lift at 0:57 is definitely gone!

Replaced.
1:58 did you know if this block had another lift?
If it did, it was the same.
Amazing shots. Do you mind filming the Toshiba Car Elevator?
Nice!!
@allstarsnorks2 Is it Hitachi? If so, I have the footage but haven't uploaded it yet.
0:08 not at block 83 redhill close, should be block 55 lengkok bahru
d_impulse he is correct, it is indeed BLK 55 Lengkok bahru.

Elevator Filmer SG Yeah that was either blk 94 or 96.Too bad he didn't film them tho,as blk 96's layout was rather unique
LiftyGamez yeah. Are you aware that Blk 95 was demolished too?
Elevator Filmer SG No.
LiftyGamez Did you go to Blk 96 Henderson Cresent Before.

I get my phone at 2023 😢
Difficult. Car elevators (except Peninsula Plaza) are manned and aren't designed for passengers only.
Is Blk 94 Henderson Cresent (Lift C) An Original Elevator.
You meant Blk 94 Henderson Road?
3:30 EX 2011 IFE elevator!?
Newly installed at that time.
