- 28 November 2016 | Similar to Block 842 Sims Avenue, just that some of the units here are one-storey units, hence one out of the two elevators here got replaced to serve the 2nd floor and all the odd floors, while the other Fujitec is still in its original condition.

The 13th floor feels very comfy
Sadly the 1980s Fujitec Elevator Lift B was Shut down for replacement by Mid February 2020
Yes, You're right Xi En, the last 1986 HDB Elevator Lift B has been replaced by the newest 2020s Huasheng Fujitec HDB Elevator Lift B of.

Yep. The Fujitec got spared. One thing i learnt is that the call buttons on the outside were shifted from the middle of the two lifts to nearer to lift B after Lift A was installed.

But theyre all modernised. I tried looking for old Fujitec freights in commercial areas and all were refurbished with stupid Dewhurst buttons.

You can actually walk but just crossover a road than you will see bus stop named Opp Telok Blangah Stn, you board bus 10,30,97(NOT 97e),61 than go down 1 stop later which is Bef Seah Im road than done.(You figure out wheres the traffic light.)
i want old elevators,
because crappy new elevators are replacing old elevators.
The old Fujitec isn't original. They were refurbished once into the blue scheme in the 90s.

The indicator is. But the blue interior isn't, perhaps even the button fixtures. From my childhood memory, none of them (the maisonette design) were originally blue. The ceiling was different too.

I'm just too scared of spiders I have a phobia of them

luckily i live in a new estate hence very few bugs enter my home. i have only about 3 domestic spiders in my room to eat the mites and ants that get in my room
