    After monitoring Pax Power since they started posting their videos, we have 2 brand new F150's there, getting the full work up. 1 is a fully loaded King Ranch that came in white, reason being it is white, Ben told us we could go as far as we wanted and let us know that we could paint the whole truck another color if we wanted. So that is why it is white for the engine bay, because we are having it painted a color from the 2018 line in two tone white gold KR color. the 2nd truck is a Lariet getting full Pax build with fully painted trim and aftermarket bumpers and wheels. There is so much attention given to us as customers that I have never gotten anywhere else before. There is also so much work in doing these builds that they do not dive into on their videos due to the extent of it all, but Ben and the guys have been more then helpful with the details of the builds and all the variations and parts that they have access to. We, especially myself has changed so many things on my truck because I want it to be my truck and a one off build that I don't want looking like every other raptor out there including the factory one I have now! These guys have taken my calls, texts, and emails at all hours and have responded back at all hours to keep me inform and to stay on top of every detail. These guys have also been so honest with us by giving us credit for take off re-sale / re-usable parts, to no mark up or minimal mark up on aftermarket parts, or credit for the deference between the factory raptor parts that come with the build versus the aftermarket parts we want on our builds. I buy a lot of trucks and factory build a lot of trucks for our company, it is so frustrating to deal with the factory build restrictions and people that have no creativity. These guys have given us free rein on what we want and we are getting a lot more options and a whole lot more HORSEPOWER for a whole lot less. We have done the research for factory R trucks. This is the way to go, time wise and especially PRICE wise. We cannot wait to get these things in a few more weeks. Speaking of that, good luck even trying to order a factory 2024! It will be as bad or worse then my Bronco that took 2 years to get after ordering. These Pax Power trucks, once the truck is delivered to them, we get them back within 6 weeks! Thank you for all the help from Ben and the Pax Power crew there!

    About the same money as the current Raptor R but resale in 5 years will most likely be higher on the Raptor R than PAX so cost of ownership would be less for the R plus it’s an R

    Will this conversion work with the tremor?

    20 seconds in, and I can already tell the stock R is going to offroad better. Change my mind.

      But is a Raptor R $50k better Offroad?

    • @Alexander450R
      @Alexander450R Рік тому +1

      @paxpowertrucks yes, since the other truck has nearly no down travel left in the suspension with that lift.

      That’s what I was thinking the pax power still has the old pre 2019 suspension if they put the current fox suspension that goes on the current raptors it would be absolutely perfect

    Do you all do conversions for any f150? Or only specific years/models? I ask because some regular Raptors goes for under 50k. Could we buy one of those and get you guys to supercharge it? Or are their other upgrades to yours?

    Currently have a 23 Raptor with the 35’s, can you swap it for 37’s without any rubbing? Or is it even worth it. Only thing I could see by upgrading to 37’s would be more clearance and looks.

      Yes, you can even fit a 37” tire as a spare. I’m sitting on 37” K02s on my ‘21 Raptor on 37 PP wheels. No mods to the suspension or trimming.

      Actually he is one of the nicest guys I have ever met, on top of the fact of being honest, very attentive, and polite to his customers. I have been monitoring them since they started building the trucks and have talked with Ben a countless number of times, even late hours after work to help with the 2 builds we have going on with them at this very moment. Very impressed with the credits we get for take off parts and the non overly marked up pricing on aftermarket parts. We have been a pain for them with all our changes and questions, never once getting any kick back from Ben or their crew. Super nice people, looking forward to getting our trucks soon. Always easy and lazy to talk shit without knowing! Get to know people before making assumptions! A little effort goes a long way!

      @@LLake-yo4wk I’m sure he is the nicest guy ever. But to hear him downplay the reinforcements of the frame and all the other stuff of the raptor to justify his 20” wheel “off-road” truck is laughable. He never once mentions the 5 link coil spring rear end on the raptor. Call the interior an XLT interior while the Raptor has carbon fiber, heated and cooled front seats and heated real leather (not vinyl) in the rear. He just sits there and shits on 80k Raptors to make his 120k truck look good.

      @spizike9866 He did mention the suspension in detail and even said they could install it as well! Which was offered to me on my build, which I turned down, because of cost and the fact, as he said about the frames, I'm not dumb enough to think that my current factory Raptor or the pax one I am having built is anything other than a light offroad / trail truck. Neither are even remotely close to being even a prerunner which you see people destroying them all the time. However, you are wrong in your statements about what he said or didn't say. Also, I have bought over 150 ford trucks in the last several years, from work trucks to Raptors, King Ranch, platinum, lariets, and everything in-between, off the lot, factory-built pre-orders, aftermarket builds, you name it, we have done it. I'm not just some shit-talker. On that note, the Raptor does start as any other f150 and it is all options. Starting in the last couple of years, options have changed and there is less to choose from. Carbon fiber and vent seats and lariet options were all selectable but not just given, they all came with a cost. Also, raptors have not been 80k since covid. I personally ordered a built fully loaded one with every option, except for the sunroof prior to covid that arrived right when covid hit. I did order it through our fleet dealer and with the Icon level lift they put on at the dealer, I paid 70k for it, and yes it had the $900 carbon option that I opted and paid for! However, a general 3.5 raptor is generally around $90 to 100k depending on the state you are looking and bullshit dealer mark up. That we all hate. A 37" 3.5 raptor are running around 110 to 115k and he is correct on the raptor R as we also tried to source the R prior to ordering the pax trucks. Yes I most certainly am diligent on investigating all our options prior to anything this major. There are small option differences that the R has that we don't have. And I would honestly have to investigate the real frame differences, if any. But I am pretty sure he even explained that it can also be done if you wanted it, maybe he had told me that in person! But I do know they will do whatever you want to do. Having a current factory raptor I am not impressed with the live valve shocks, again my opinion. Very loose, soft and only adjustable with drive modes that force it into certain modes you may not want to be in. I am ex-millitary and beleive in the k.i.s.s. theory. Rear suspension wise I can appreciate the rear coils for off roading, but would be worried about how soft it would be for normal use which most people would be using it for 90% of the time. My 2020 when even in tow haul mode does nothing for the live valve shocks and an unloaded small dump trailer damn near drug my hitch on the ground! Lol but again these raptors are not a "truck", they are a hot rod pickup not built for hauling anything. Blah blah blah, end of day, he does address and he does give his preference being a builder, he also says he will do whatever you want them to do! If you want to pay for it! Not having these trucks done and tested by us yet I really hate to speculate, but will be happy too when we get them. My big thing is we didn't want give all the money to dealers for nothing and I want a raptor style truck with enough power to not get my ass handed to Mr by a Tacoma like I did in my v6 raptor! Other then that they are a business and need to sell a product and so far I love the product over the factory and hope I will even more when we get them.
