Weve all been waiting for this one dude! Love how you did a voice over in this one aswell! Could you teach us how to make a home made autoclave/oven please?
Hey Thanks for the compliment!🛠🤟 Yeah, I would love to build an autoclave and show you guys. Unfortunately, that's super expensive to do. Maybe I will do that if I make my way up on UA-cam 😁😉 A long time ago I did a video of my oven build. Check that out! ua-cam.com/video/o-1ibR9Cd70/v-deo.htmlsi=fw1_DaXV9jsB3zuJ
@@zrcarbon9937 thats what i ment sorry! Im also on a very similar budget to you, so that video was perfect man! Plan to make one soon. Thanks for everything!
Awesome work! Out of curiousity, why did you end up making a split mold to account for the damage on your original fairing instead of just making a single mold from the blue fairing without damage?
Hey I really like your question. That's right I did not talk about that. From the blue fairing were missing pieces already. I did modify that a long time ago. I fitted an extra water cooler onto the bike and needed additional space. I had to cut out small chunks of the fairing, unfortunately. I wanted to have the original fairing as it is in the end. Thanks so much for the compliment 🛠🤟
Love the oven - Going to be making one like that on a smaller scale. What kind of temperatures have you run that insulation up to without it being an issue?
Thanks man! The insulation foam take a lot of heat if you choose the right insulation. Vermiculite Fire Resistant Boards resist up to to 1100C I used polyurethane insulation boards for my oven. Those are heat resistant up to 140c. I never used my oven over 120c. Or you can use metal sheets and rock wool. 🛠️🤘
So a few questions, when do you know you need to do a second mold add-on. Also why did you not just use the good fairing in the first place so you didnt have to create a 2 part bottom?
Hey Thanks for your question. The original fairing I already modified and I cut out pieces as I’m running an extra water cooler on the bike. I wanted to have the mold made off the original fairing. I usually decide how to make a split mold by looking at the part. Looking for the curves, bends, edges, holes…. The mould has to release the part freely. Also you could look at the back side of your plastic part. You can see lines on the back side. Those lines are from the factory mould. That way you can also decide where was the split line on the factory mould. 🛠️🤘
Hey Thanks so much! Unfortunately I had to sell the 1199. I was moving last year and I couldn’t afford to have the bike. I still have the carbon fibre swingarm. Hopefully one day I can build my dream super light panigale 🏍️🛠️🤘
We have been waiting for this one! Good to see you back.
That mould looks so crisp! Well done :)
Thank you! Cheers!🛠🤟👊

You seem to use the products differently than Easy Composites videos. Your results are great! Your method seems much quicker.
Wow, thank you! 🛠🤟👊
Merci de partager votre travail c'est une super vidéo et j'aimerai bien savoir en faire autant sur ma ZX9R
Yay! New video!
Yeah! Finally! 🤟

In the next video, I'm making the part 🛠🤟
Хоть и сам этим занимаюсь ,но есть некие нюансы от вашей роботы , возьму на свое вооружение . Отлично, жду дальнейших видео . 👍
