@@andianaderian2512 jean and barbara are blood related, but their parents got divorced and they both left mondstadt on varka's expedition (the grandmaster of mondstadt) and they've grown extremely distant due to the divorce, and the amount of work on jean's plate that jean deals with. barbara tries her best to be there for jean but jean pushes her away and barbara thinks she is doing something wrong and jean is ashamed of her, which isn't true - this is just a simplified version of their lore but i hope this clears some of your questions up. i love barbara and jean:)

Would’ve been nice if the dialogues of Aether and Lumine are different...cuz even if they are twins they still have different personalities...but i think it’s not really that easy to make a dialogue

For this these are two distinct characters whom would have grown up together and definitely has different ideas on some things. I wouldn't expect them to make two almost different games simply for a gender change but it would be interesting if it was simply the voice actors adding in personal touches to differentiate the two
Idk why people think Razor's comment on barbra is uncomftable, he said nothing wrong really and the boy lived with wolves his whole life cut the boy some slack lol
