Where does the pink Heat gun come from
Okay i am not getting my bags right. I keep folding them down and i have that extra on the back i need to figure out how to do so it closes and not leaves a gag open
Well, I find that it helps me to cut a 1/4 inch off the closed side before use the shrink wrap, making kind of a tube. When I'm done shrink wrapping, there is likely an opening on both ends, allowing the soap to "breathe" a little. I hope that helps!
Where do you make your lables?
Hi! Thanks for your question. I drew it out myself, then shrunk it down to the size I needed it to be, using Staples for my copying needs at this time. I do all the lettering by hand. An old-fashioned way. :-)

I don't remember, but possibly Amazon? I'm sorry, I'm only seeing your question now. I think you may Google it -- I think it's a Zap heat gun.
This is great! Wouldn't it be better to just wrap the soap with the label first and then shrink wrap over it?
That works too. I have done that before with some specialty bars. I guess I sometimes wonder if the paper would change being against the soap, like maybe it might discolor it, for example, although I haven't seen evidence of that problem. I think though, that wrapping them with the paper on the outside is actually easier for me to do quickly.

Hi where or how did you make those labels that you wrap around the soap?
Hello! I made them, doing the artwork by hand (and typing copy for ingredients, of course). I use the good-'ol-fashioned paste and copy method. I am able to get 5 band labels to fit on one piece of copy paper, and then I copy on cream paper (usually), and cut with a proper cutter (better than scissors). I tape them on the back of the bar. I hope that helps with what you are looking to do!
Those are very nice. I like your labels too. I’m just getting started and thinking about these From paper mart. Do you know if Soapers need a license & insurance and register our business name just for craft shows or Etsy?

can u use a hair blower?
Some say that you can but I have never tried. I would suppose it would be a little more difficult but I don't really know.
I tried the hair dryer. It doesn't get hot enough. I didn't get the results that I was expecting. Do yourself a favor, spent the money on a good heat gun.

I'd tell you if I knew, but I checked the box for you and I don't see anything that says. :-) Sorry about that. But I get them from Papermart. They work great if you are looking for them.

From papermart, yes.
I notice with 75 gauge you really have to take it easy with the heat gun. Hope you, and your business are doing good.
I think your covering the beauty of your art. Not sure but maybe a sticker with your company logo on front would still let people see the beautiful soap you created.

How do you not get holes when doing this I’ve just started and I get holes
You have to keep the wand moving quickly back and forth and all around. And you will get holes, but hopefully at a minimum if you are careful. Also, a little hole occasionally let's a little scent through and customer's can still sniff it if you are doing a craft show.
