So they have built an entire community on the beach at the Rudolph Elder park. Is it even legal? The entire town is overbuilt so now they are building on the beach.😮😮

Because the motorists are speeding.
It appears that they are living in a state of anarchy therefore motorists pay no attention to speed limits.
