Enjoy the videos Hanz, recently bought a KPM200 and there is a "snorkel" type device right under the seat on the top of the airbox that you can remove and will drastically open up the mid-range. It's only louder under heavy acceleration and the bike sounds much deeper, easily had it up to 75mph after getting that out. Pretty sure it's only there for noise regulations.
Thank you for the video. I live in NJ so top speeds are 65-70 mph. Hopefully your mods can get it to 75 mph. In my opinion it’s one of the best looking bikes Venom sells at the moment.
I will definitely work on getting the top speed up. I will update videos as I do. I have to agree this is a very sharp looking bike. Thank you so much for watching!
I am so excited for this bike will be a lot of fun. It is a great bike to learn on and it is very smooth and easy to ride. Let me know what you think I should do with the one I have if you think I should convert it to electric or keep it and modify it to make it faster. Thanks so much for watching.
Hey Eric, The only thing you may miss is the power. These are not fast bikes but they are super fun to ride and the MPG are insanely great. I've had a ton of fun on mine and I definitely would recommend trying it out, for the price you cannot go wrong. Thank you so much for watching and supporting my channel.
I am glad I found your channel. I am considering the KPM 200 and Duke 200 as my first bike. Wondering about maintenance costs over time and finding a good shop when I don't have a place to do my own repairs. Love that Porsche 944!
I have not tried the Duke 200 yet that's so far and very impressed with the KPM 200. It is a sharp looking bike and fun to ride. Let me know what you end up getting. Thanks for watching.
I have 900 miles on my new kpm 200. I ride it 25 miles to work one way in the Illinois country roads south of Chicago. I’ve picked up a sputter…tomorrow I change the spark plug.
How many miles have you put on the bike? Did you ever have any problems with the engine so far? I want to get a Chinese bike but i want it to be decently reliable and last for a good amount of time. I am also not mechanically inclined with engines so I want to try and avoid something that will need a lot of work
I have not put very many miles on this bike maybe 200 so far. I am basically doing reviews on how they run out of the box I have not done any long-term yet. Thank you so much for watching hopefully this video was helpful.
I reaaaallly like this bike! I am going to get it as my first motorcycle! I am 6 foot though, will the kpm look small as I drive it? Also, how does it do on hills?
I don't think it will feel too small or look too small it is a great size bike and should fit you fine. As far as Hill's girl I have done a few tests and I have not had any problems I was actually very impressed with how much torque it had. They are awesome commuters and then every time I get on it it is just a reminder of how fun these bikes are. Thank you so much for watching and supporting my channel.
@@hanzdidit thank you!! I have a car already, so I would use this bike for weekend drives in town and for errands. Would very rarely take it out on the highway. Plus as a new driver the scares me to death lol. Do you happen to know where I could find one used?
It is a fairly new bike to the market so I’m not sure how many are for sale out there. Keep your eye on craigslist or Facebook marketplace maybe you’ll get lucky. Have fun and be safe keep the riverside down
I have a question. I just got my bike (same bike) and my local title transfer place in Pennsylvania says They have to send the bos and mco out to penn dot and they have to mail me a plate and this can take up to two months to issue me a plate. Did you have trouble getting plates?
I did not have this problem I was able to get plates right away at the DMV but I do live in Oregon, the ordinance could be different in different states. I did have to go to a website and register the bike as being imported to my state and take that to the DMV when I registered. Shoot when I showed them the proof that I had paid the tax they were able to give me plates and tags the same day. I might ask the DMV if they have that ordinance in your state. Thanks for watching hopefully this video is helpful.
I just got my KPM200 today and took it for its first ride. Great bike, but my speedometer isn't reading anything. Do you think you might be able to help me out?
When you get the bike it has the front wheel installed which is where the speedometer hub is located. As long as there are no kinks in that cable it should work. We might double check and make sure there's no issues with the cable and if there is not I would contact the seller directly and see if they can help you. If you would like to send me a video of what it looks like I could try to help but I'm not sure that I have the expertise to diagnose the problem. Hopefully the video is helpful and thank you so much for watching.
More to come! thanks so much for watching. Here are a couple of more videos on the KPM if you want to check them out: ua-cam.com/video/g0BozSrVzEc/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/V4DOcyPpiRE/v-deo.html
Hi Hanz hope you and all your family are well Another Hanz helpful video will you be doing a video on the hawk 125cc any time soon When you change the petrol 250cc to electric would you consider sell on the petrol engine 🙊🙉🙈🛵🛵🛵🛵👍👍👍
I have done a bunch of videos on the 125s that I have gotten from Amazon if you'd like to check that out ua-cam.com/video/JdVqCBjUK7g/v-deo.html Here is a video that I did more recently on the new titan 125 ua-cam.com/video/BYEGsmVLYvE/v-deo.html I was wondering what I would do with the engine out of the CBR 250 this is a great idea I will definitely look into selling it on this platform. Thank you so much for watching and supporting my channel.
Without a person on the bike it sits at 34 inches. As soon as you sit on it obviously depending on your weight it will drop down a little bit. Hope you like the video thanks for watching.
To be honest with you I would go with a hawk 250 DLX you could probably ride this bike but it would feel a little bit small for you or maybe even a lot small, I am 5' 7" if that gives you any idea. Here is a link to my Hawk 250 video. ua-cam.com/video/ab4QX93iYl0/v-deo.html Please let me know if you have any more questions. Thank you so much for watching.
I know right. I'm not sure what happened but I think I lost my $100 deposit forever. Sorry if I missed lead you but I really believed I was going to be able to get this bike in the timeline that they had told all of us. If it ever comes out and I get it I will definitely do a full review. Thank you so much for watching and supporting my channel.
This looks like a very interesting and good value bike. I have no interest in a battery bike, battery technology is toxic, it's just a gimmick and there is no carbon free energy. IE I've seen videos saying that it takes over 50 barrels of oil to make a battery that has the energy equivalent to 1 barrel of oil.
Sorry for the late reply. Holy moly, I did not know this. I will definitely do some more research and see if there's a better alternative. I appreciate your support and thank you so much for watching.
@@hanzdidit I'm actually really impressed with your KPM, it does not appear to be available in the UK. Battery vehicles are to push fuel prices up and restrict movement! I am not sure, I am just doing an honest review that is the fastest I could get this bike to go without changing any of the sprockets.
